I really like this thing. It’s made my life so much easier and it seems to do it’s job well. One thing I did learned is that I just pick up a bit around the zones I’m going to have to it vaccuum and turn off the obstacle avoidance. It works, but sometimes the light or dark colors can trip it up. Works awesome without it on. Battery is pretty good, it basically uses about 1% battery for every minute it’s running. OH, forgot to mention, i run this on the highest vacuum setting. THis thing is great though, I don’t even own a seperate vaccum. I’ve mopped with it once or twice, and it was nothing to write home about. I guess it would just get some surface dust but doesn’t “mop”.

Background: I have a Dreametech T20 Cordless Stick Vacuum. I also own several robot vacuum products from different companies. The reason I’m getting this is because I’m just a lazy person, I thought I would be using T20 to clean my apartment every week but I didn’t. I have a lot stuff on the floor I need a smarter robot so that I don’t need to do much arrangement before using it. I I’ve been using this L10 Pro Robot Vacuum for 2 days. This is the best one I’ve ever used.
Pros
– Quiet. In normal mode, it’s just quiet, you won’t notice much while working at home or watching tv. It will make some noise if you turn this to extreme mode. But it’s still relevantly much quieter comparing to other products. And it cleaned a lot dust from my room. I was amazed the suction power with its quietness.
– Smart. It can recognize if it’s running on hard floor or carpet (make sure you turn on this functionality in the Mi Home app). It can perfectly recognize the obstacles (even like power cord cables laying on the floor). I believe this is because of the 3D laser technology. Also, I can use Alexa or Siri over Mi Home app to control it. It won’t treat dark floor carpet trim as virtual wall. Another thing worth to mention – it can save the virtual map for several floors if you have, and it can recognize each room for each floor. If you want to just mop selected room, this is what you are looking for.
– Great battery life. In my first run, I turned to extreme mode and cleaned my 700sqft apartment twice, it still had about 30 battery life remaining. I won’t worry much about the battery life if I move to a bigger house.
– Thoughtful design. The small side brush is just under the cover, next to the dust bin! Considerate.
Cons:
This is not particularly important and I guess it will be addressed soon. There is only one mop cloth in the box and it looks like there is no such accessory on dreametech official Amazon store (there is D9 mop pads but not quite sure if that’s compatible with L10 Pro).

tl;dr: It’s a great vacuum, but I had two die on me, and had to get another brand.
This is the best vacuum for what I needed it for, at this price. But, I had two die within about a month of the time I received the first one. The first one lasted two weeks. The second one lasted 4 days.
The vacuum part wouldn’t turn on, and after about 15 seconds of starting a job it would complain that the filter is dirty. I took good care of the bin by emptying it daily, and both the bin and filter by keeping giving it a quick burst from a plug in air duster until the dust stopped flying out – so I know it wasn’t neglect.
As far as performance when it worked: It was awesome. I have a Husky as well as a Husky/Lab/German Shepard mix, a mostly carpet house, and it picked up a LOT of their hair. The lidar map building and navigation was wonderful to the point that I didn’t have to organize my house every morning for the vacuum and worry about it getting stuck on the dog’s toys as they moved them around. I even built/installed a ramp to give it access to more of my house.
I still recommend this vacuum whole heartedly, and wish I still had one – but Amazon would only let me return it twice. And to be honest, I’m not sure I could take the heartbreak of losing another, especially if the next time was just outside of a return or warranty window.

I used to have an iRobot Roomba, however it’s pretty loud and not smart at all, so we have been doing the cleaning ourselves for a long time. After we moved to a single story house with hardwood floor, and with a child who makes a mess quite often, we decided to give another try to the robotic vacuum to free our hands. We have compared many brands and finally found the Dreamer Bot L10 pro, one of the newest products from a well known company.
Without disappointing us, it works beyond our expectation. The sounds are much less than the old robot vacuum I had and it created the floor map in the very first cleaning and all areas I expected have been covered. Not to mention the map is very accurate, even the built in cabinet is detected. The results were good too even without mopping, my kid started to run barefoot and feel much better.
I am totally satisfied with this purchase and will definitely recommend to our friends.

We purchased the L10 pro to replace our old Roomba and totally love it!
– Compared to our previous vacuum, this one do a better job at cleaning : we used it after Roomba already did his daily cleanup and the L10 tray was quite full…
– It’s also much more silent. It was not too annoying watching TV when the robot was cleaning around, and our cat was also not totally afraid of it (she usually run far away very quickly when our Roomba start his routine).
– Mapping is impressive (was fun to see our condo being discovered in real time on the app) and very convenient as you can request specific area to be cleaned. Robot also do a good job at avoiding wall/furnitures instead of bumping into it and it does not leave marks on our baseplates.
Our place has mostly carpet but we use the mopping feature in the kitchen and bathrooms. After attaching the mop and water tray, we put the robot in the hard-floor area and start the cleaning cycle manually. Robot will stay in the specific area and send us notification when cleaning is over. Mop need to be removed and cleaned every time, which is a little bit annoying, but the feature is great if you have a lot of hard-floor.

I find the software a bit difficult to use and setup. I also find that that use of Alexa is very limited. Voice commands are just a start and stop – you cannot even ask it to go home. Learning to set up the system so that more than one person can control the vacuum is mysterious – and took quite some time to understand how to setup – better instructions are needed.

Did a great job in the initial mapping of my home. The sensors are very accurate. It avoided my high profile area rug without the need for a virtual wall although it has the capability. It goes from room to room and back to charge without me ever having to interfere. I can truly stay hands free and let it do it’s job. After the mapping is complete you can also send it to clean particular rooms. It will notify you once it’s done and go back to the charging station. Definitely a great purchase!

We are pretty happy with the vacuum. Our last one was the xiaomi mi original. It’s 5 years old and still runs. The only reason we updated was for the room mapping and obstical avoidance . We did some research and this is from xiaomi/Roborock subrand. The dust bin is large and we only empty it 1times per week . Though we do have it vacuum everyday after we leave for work. We have one dog that doesn’t shed much. We didn’t go for the auto empty bin due to having a pet and not wanting to have the dog smell exhausted every time it emptied. Tip since it’s not the auto empty version. We put a small amount of the laundry scent beads in the bin. It freshens the house during each vacuum. No water on the beads just put in clean bin . We use the ones that have odor absorbing baking soda . Hope this helps other people.

I have been using this robot regularly for almost 3 months now, and I couldn’t be happier. We had one of the very first models of Roomba , and did a lot of research before choosing our “McDreame”. This robot is definitely more quiet than our previous Roomba, suction is good, and I have enjoyed the mapping and mopping functions. It does require routine maintenance dependent on how often you use it (wiping the sensors so it doesn’t get confused & cleaning my extremely long hair our of the brush). There have been a couple times where it has gotten confused or stuck, and we do have one spot specifically where there is a lip to an adjoining room and sometimes it manages to get in, but then can’t get back out. Overall it saves me time being on a schedule, and I like being able to select one specific room if that room needs additional maintenance.
No real complaints here!

I was reluctant to spend the money on one of these gadgets but so far it’s a pretty great purchase. It was easy to set up and although people complain about doing some manual things like actually empty it or wring out the mop feature, and put water in the mop attachment, if your a busy mom that is far from Mrs Clean- this is your new best friend. Nothing will ever beat sweeping and mopping on your own because it can’t fit everywhere but where it can go It does a nice job. So far, the navigation feature has been quite impressive and it’s quiet. I have carpets, vinyl, laminate and throw rugs and this thing goes around with no problem. Even stayed away from the wrap under my Christmas tree. Hope it works as well for your needs.

This robot vacuum cleaner was highly recommended by my friend. So, I bought and used it for a week and found it much better than my old roomba. Highly recommended.
I really like the laser of the vacuum cleaner. It could produce the maps of my floors precisely and do not leave out even a small conner. Thanks to the laser, it will not bump to my furniture and walls.
It is much quieter than my roomba! It also moves very easily on and off my carpet.
We are also very satisfied with its cleaning power and the design of the app.

Pros:
1. Object detection. Never got stuck even once whereas Roborock S6 Pure got stuck in my office with chair and bathroom rug
2. Cleans well though not as good as S6 Pure
3. Highest suction power in its class
Cons:
1. Not the best route navigation. It does the job but can be improved. The customer support told me improvements are coming in Jul update
2. Multi level floor cleaning is not straight forward. You need to make the map of the floor it is going to clean as current. That makes it difficult to schedule.

The product works great, and gets a lot of dirt. It learns a map and cordones off your floor into “rooms”, although you cannot customize the rooms, and so it made my hall and bedroom one room. You can vaccuum and mop by “zone”, but you can only set up one zone at a time, so it’s not helpful to get around area rugs if you want to mop. And here’s where I get confused. The thing actually “knows” when it’s on carpet (if you start on a hard floor), and changes the suction speed accordingly. But when in MOP mode, this means it SHOULD be able to avoid the carpets entirely, and yet it does not. The manual, of course, says not to mop carpets! Who knew?

Easy to use, easy to set up, has strong, adjustable, vacuum and mopping settings and both work very well. The mapping and intelligence beats irobot by far. I have 3 irobots and none of them come close to the mapping or thorough cleaning of the Dreamtech. Mopping works great, easy to install mops, has adjustable water strength, and vacuums while mopping. Just keep in mind it’s not as strong as if you mopped with elbow grease and around tiny places like behind toilets, but if you use the dreamtech regularly it definitely gets the job done. The app works great, set up was easy but I had to turn off my VPN briefly to get the app to connect the vacuum and phone. I love that the app gives you control over cleaning zones, scheduled cleaning, adjustments to vacuum and mopping settings, remote control right on your phone, etc. Also it tells you a lot about maintenance like when to clean filters and replace brushes. Amd the dreamtech is much more quiet than irobot, I can’t stand being in the room with my irobots but dreamtech is much quieter and even jas a quiet setting. All around this is a great product, I’ll never buy another irobot, wish I had found Dreamtech sooner!

The best vacuum bot for the money in my opinion. Maps house, avoids obstacles perfectly, works great on hard wood floors especially on pet hair and has excellent battery life. Also has mop attachment. Had cheap vacuum bot before and spending a little more on this makes a difference with the efficiency and suction power to grab our dogs pet hair without getting tangled up in roller.

Best robo vacuum I have used. The built in mapping is amazing. When climbs high floor transitions it doesn’t give. It just keeps trying different angles. It cleans with efficiency. Suction is descent, the app a bit clumsy but once you understand it. It’s very versatile. Bravo to dreams.

Worth for the price, very quite in standard mode and a lot suction power in max settings. Recommend using max settings when you not at home. Interface at Mi home is easy to use. Haven’t try mopping feature yet, but I don’t expect it to be perfect since it’s mostly gravity base mopping. Btw, don’t expect any robot vacuum cleaner to get 100% of the area. Routing algorithm is not the best compare to roborocks, but it did the job.

Robot vacuum well . Cleans entire house without recharging. 2500 sq ft. Doesn’t miss spots.
Mopping works well on laminate floors
Raquel Sardina –
Cleans very well and the mopping does an excellent job. Especially under the bed, does not fall down the stairs, cleans every room and returns to its base to recharge

Our new Robot ‘Robbie’ vacuum cleaner does a great job suctioning dirt/dust. Merry Christmas to me.
