Several years ago when we thought we’d attempt the robot vacuum’, we bought a Deebot since it was cheaper than the iRobot. We loved it and thought we’d move up to the iRobot – while still using the deebot. iRobot is sturdier than the deebot, but it also Has issues – like it’s MUCH louder. And it can be very difficult to get it on the charger just right, otherwise the iRobot won’t charge. That can be very irritating. The deebot is super easy to get on the charger. (It will go back to the charger on its own, but I often run it in a room other than the room with the charger. ) deebot is great for hardwood floors. It does well on carpet but I do think the iRobot does even better on carpet. Our first deebot only lasted 2.5 years and then

Cleans up well and battery lasts an hour. Very easy to run every day. Love how it senses drop offs. However every time it runs you have to check the bristles. Bent, broken tied up with hair. Constantly detangling and cleaning. Will be replacing brushes sooner.

I love this vacuum. I bought it in November and use it almost every day. I have a dog that sheds a lot and a cat. I empty the canister and clean the dog hair from the brushes before every use. It only takes a minute or two.
I am amazed at the amount of dust and dirt it picks up (on bare floors, and short nap carpeting), and I have much less dust on my tables as a result. I like it so much I bought one as a gift, and the receiver likes it as much as I do. It sometimes falls asleep before it gets back to home base, but that has never been a problem.

I have a dog and a cat, and have dark hardwood floors so you can imagine how much hair is collected on the floor. I scheduled it to turn on at 7 AM and by 8 AM my floors looked amazing!!! I was vacuuming everyday before this and now I don’t even have to worry about it.

I do enjoy having this vacuum! It’s wonderful! It comes with a remote and cleaning utensils for the vacuum. There is also an app you can use on your phone to function the vacuum which is really convenient. It’s not that loud which is also wonderful. The suction seems powerful. The vacuum is very easy to use! However, the charging time and time its being used don’t really balance out. I have to charge the vacuum for 4 hours for it to be fully charged but it will only vacuum for maybe an hour to an hour and a half. It also does not have a very accurate cleaning pattern. It goes straight until it hits something and then spins around. Some spots seem to be missed. And there are other spots where the vacuum goes over several times. I do still love it. For a little over $100, I think it is worth the money.

We have had 3 different robot vacuums from 3 different name brand companies, this is by far the best one we have ever had!! We have a Husky that Sheds like crazy!!! All the other vacs had to have the brushes and rollers cleaned every few days!!! Almost never have to clean this one! This is a must buy!!! Don’t let the low price make you think differently! This is way better than the Roomba we spent 5 times as much for!!!!!!

I’ve ordered three of these and so far one has had to go back because of complaints others had here. Number two may not be far behind.
We have several different brand robot vacs and they’re really not that different from each other, but all the ones we had were black. We recently moved into a new house with white floor casings (moldings) and noted that in our old house the black ones left some black scuff marks on the casings on the occasions they might bump them so we wanted to go with a white product in the new house.
On January 25 we ordered one, very quickly received our first white Deebot, and quickly put it to work. It works AWESOME so we ordered another one so we could run two to effectively pick our our yellow labs shedding fur. I’ve run this original one twice a day somedays and its great…so far.
On January 28, I ordered the second IDENTICAL deebot via Amazon’s “Buy it again” feature. This one was filthy upon arrival with dust all over it, and long hair both in the brush and the collection bin with a bunch of dust there as well. Further, although it was in identical box depicting a white debit, this one was black. We immediately returned it with no issue…love that about Amazon.
On February 11, I ordered another white Deebot. It was clean, and at a glance, I saw no issues. I charged it up and put it to work. It worked well, but the brush at the vacuum port kept popping off. Not a lot, but at least once a run. Today, I decided to trouble shoot it and noted VOILA, my other Deebot has a little cage that keeps the brush in place. This one did not. Issue identified.
Rather than return this one too, I called Ecovac (Deebot Parent Company) about 10 minutes ago because they advertise a really good warranty. I went through the usual providing of my name, the model number, phone number etc and here’s the order of events.
First – I was urged to return it. I was like, “Really? You can’t just fire me off a $1 part?” I was told I could buy the part, but for warranty replacement I needed to take further steps.
Second – Having received a “no” to request #1, I was directed to email proof of purchase to Ecovac. I told the man I would screenshot it right then and there on my phone and text or email it directly to him. Nope. I was given a ticket number and told I had to send the requested info in and wait for a response. I was promised that he would look for it to arrive, and that he or someone else would get back to me in a few hours.
Third – I’ll update you to see how this goes.
So far, these are minor issues, but they’re adding up. Minor quibbles, but minor quibbles I don’t need, and have not experienced with my other machines (Amarey 800s and 900s).
UPDATE 2/26/22: The day following my submission, I received confirmation they had what they needed and were sending it to the correct department for review. A couple of days later, I received a tracking number and that the part was sent, and that I was getting an additional main brush to go with it. Awesome, I thought, cuz they do wear out over time. I thanked them via email only to get a response that it was a mistake, and that only the brush cover was sent. I asked a manager to contact me. A day later, I got a call. OK…so I got the warranty item in the mail after 5 or 6 days and it fits. They’re also sending me a main brush so I’m updating my review to 4 Stars. Both of the two remaining Deebots are now working beautifully and do a great job, but I’m not looking forward to dealing with warranty service again if needed.

Bought this product totally exhausted with pet hair infiltration. It is the best investment I’ve purchased in two years. Works wonders for my two Siamese cats who shed year long. My maid only comes once a month now instead of twice weekly. My spouse has fallen back in love with our quaint condo.

The cleaning is adequate on hardwood and low-pile carpet. It even cleans under the wall heaters well. Emptying the bin is easy. Removing long human hair from the brushes is not difficult.
But it recently started turning itself on at 10:50 PM … I have cleared the “Bell” indicator from the remote according to the user manual, and that should stop it, but it still starts to clean at night.
I never used the app – I downloaded it, but it expected me to set up an account and hand over email addys, so I deleted it.
ADDING: Despite trying all the solutions offered by the manufacturer’s support team, including removing the battery for over an hour, the vacuum still starts itself at the same time every night. The seller (PaintingSBS) will not replace it, is not accepting returns.
ADDING MORE: The manufacturer’s support team is great. I got a pre-paid return postage and the replacement robot is on its way.
