Great for:
1). Uneven bumpy tile
2). Transitions between tile & carpet
3). Picks up my own long hair
4). Gets dog hair
5). Super easy to use & clean
6). I now own 5 & bought 3 as gifts!
7). Cheaper to buy several than maid service
8). We have drop offs (balcony/ loft areas) and it cleans right up to the edge without falling. Super fun to watch.
I was looking to try a robot vacuum that works on bumpy Saltillo tile and thick carpet. (I have a large house and it’s so much work to clean.) I bought this eufy and I LOVE it so much, I bought 3 more for my house, 1 for work, and then one for my mom. She and my Dad love it so much, I just bought them another!
My mom has a long haired dog & it’s great for getting dog hair off carpets.
It’s not super quiet when it runs, but it’s WAY quieter than my stand up vacuum. I like being able to hear them purring as they work thru the house. They charge quickly too.
I’ve now added 1”-2” to my sofa feet to raise the couches a bit higher, so that eufy smoothly goes under all my furniture.

Did a great job on its first run. Battery fully
Charged in 3 hours of receiving it. I did ask how room trial run and it seemed to do very well. It went over carpet and laminate floor. It picked up dog hair from two pugs. It does miss sucking up dog hair at times when it runs directly over it. hope it lasts a long time.

I read quite a few reviews after looking for a robovac. I had another one in my cart then decided to change to this one. Charged the vac and decided to give it at test run. Let me first say that I have a grin on my face bigger than Dallas. I’ve named the robovac Dusty. It’s amazing to watch as it determines the objects around the home. It then methodically goes around the house and when it encounters an object it bumps into it a few times then carefully navigates around the object to clean around it. I watched this clean for a good hour and have already been blown away but the quality. The vac is super quiet on the regular setting. I didn’t really hear much of a difference on the Boost setting but may use that if I feel the room is beyond dirty. I didn’t think the vac would be able to clean up as much as it did. Dusty went to my master bedroom and went under the bed for a few minutes. My home is super dusty and you could see the trail under the bed from his action.

I’ve been skeptical of robotic vacuums for a while, particularly as many seem to be an expensive luxury but when I saw this on sale for $160, combined with mostly positive reviews I thought, on impulse, to give it a try. We have 2 cats and a dog in our household so a decent amount of fur is generated daily!
I was blown away by how good this is! The picture shows what it sucks up every day that it runs, and it runs daily as that is the only scheduling option but to be honest I would not want it running anything less than daily. Sure, it’s not the most high tech option, compared to the iRobot Roombas for example but then why does it need to be? The navigation is a little random and the ‘bump’ technology might be less efficient than mapping but it sure does the job.
For the price, I’m willing to accept that perhaps it won’t last as long as a better model, but then again Eufy is an Anker company, and they stand by their products, which are usually excellent.
Perhaps if/when it does die, I’d consider an updated model with more bells and whistles but for now I could not be more happy with our Eufy 11S! And yes, we did give it a name!

Wow!!! This little robot has blow me away over the past few weeks. I’ve set it up to run everyday at noon, so when I come home from work, it has already finished all the vacuuming! Everyday, it finds dust, hair, and other debris to pick up. I’m consistently amazed by how clean it gets my floors (tile and carpeted), it’s ability to fit under all of my furniture, and how much junk it picks up. I’m a neat freak and I vacuum my house constantly, so it’s nice having this little “house fairy” running around picking up after me and my cat. My long fur tuxedo cat’s hair is off the floor by the end of everyday and it picks up my long blonde hair, too. Easy to clean, easy to keep track of, and easy instructions to follow. I still have my bissell for those areas Eufy can’t quite reach or for the tight corners, but otherwise this has been one of the top purchases of my life!

I ordered this from Amazon Warehouse and saved about $50.00 because it was listed as having substantial cosmetic damage. But, Amazon Warehouse offered a 30 day full refund if it didn’t work as well as original warranty. This put a robotic vacuum within reach.
We use this on the top floor of our home. Living room, kitchen, hallway and bathrooms are wood flooring. 3 bedrooms are carpet. The vacuum goes through the entire house without a problem. We also have a set of stairs that it avoids.
It runs up to 90 minutes because of the area, but it always returns to base when it’s done. It uses a random pattern to vacuum so sometimes it will miss part of a room and it goes in a different direction every time it starts. There is no wifi control and it’s not connected as a “smart device.” But it does have a remote. Most of the time, I just push the button and let it go whenever it’s convenient. Run it before you go to bed because it will alarm if it gets stuck and it’s weird to have it come into your room and leave in the middle of the night. You can schedule it to run whenever you want, but I stopped doing that after the first week because it just wasn’t needed.
Clean it after every run. If you forget, it won’t pick up as much. Every time it runs, I get a fist-sized batch of dirt and debris (we have one dog). It automatically detects carpet and increases the suction. It will run under beds, tables, night stands, dining room tables, etc. It usually only gets stuck with charger cords, shoelaces, or bathroom rugs that have funny corners or slide around.
Highly recommended. There are more expensive models, but the ratings are very accurate on CR. I think this is the number one recommendation and it’s priced well.

I just moved into a new apartment with hardwood/laminate flooring on the ground floor. I decided to get the RoboVac to handle daily cleaning of cat hair. I have two cats and am tired of seeing fur tumble weeds.
My robovac had it’s maidden voyage today and it is doing an excellent job so far. It didn’t fall down the stairs and it’s handling transitions like a tank (see pictures/videos). It did get hung up on some wires and my Swiffer, but I’m planning to keep those out of the way once I get more settled. It is remarkably quiet too!
I can’t vouch for carpet cleaning ability and I haven’t tried any of the extra features yet. However, I think if you have pets and hardwood/laminate floors the RoboVac is an excellent choice.
It also handled sucking up plant debris really well. I had to pull furniture in from my porch the other night during a storm and a bunch of leaves and branches from my ferns blew in. RoboVac picked them up without issue.

This is my first robo vac. I didn’t want to spend 300 dollars or more on one so this was an awesome find!!
It’s does not have any of the fancy features like mapping or being able to detect furniture to go around objects without bumping into them. But that’s reflected in the price. I got it on sale for $160.
The remote is easy to use and setting a time for it to clean is easy as well. My place is mostly carpet and mine will run for 50 to 60 minutes before having to recharge. In that time it gets to at least 80% of the home. I have mine set to clean during the day while im at work and by the time I come home it’s fully recharged again if I want to put it in a particular room it missed. Takes about 3 and a half hours to charge.
Overall for the price you can’t go wrong if you don’t care about higher end features.

I was skeptical and prepared to be disappointed. My husband and I recently moved into a newly built condo on one level. We use a cleaning service every two weeks. But, it became clear that the floors needed to be cleaned every 3-4 days.
We tried “Swiffering,” but it was labor-intensive, and we realized we’d be going through about 300 Swiffer cloths a year. So, a robo-vacuum seemed to be a good solution, and, in the long run, less expensive than buying hundreds of Swiffer cloths.
The first time we used the eufy, I wasn’t sure how effective it was, but when we opened it to clean it, I was blown away by the amount not of dirt it had vacuumed up. That was a week after the cleaning service. Today, we ran it 4 days latter, and you can see from the photo I posted how much dirt it picked again.
I’m amazed at how well it negotiates around chair/ table legs. It goes over flat rugs and door saddles. It covers our apartment in about 1 1/4 hours. Then, it finds its dock and settles in to recharge! It takes about 10 minutes to clean out after use.
As previous reviewers have noted:
1. Finding a place to dock it is a bit of a challenge as it needs 3’ on each side and 6’ in front of clearance.
2. We have to tuck under the fringes of one rug with long fringes.
Tips:
1. We take trash cans, bath mats, etc. off the floor before running the Eufy.
2. I do some “supervision” in tight spaces like the powder room and walk-in closets.
This is a great product, well- engineered and attractive. It comes with a cleaning tool, a replacement filter, and extra brushes. It is a tremendous value, compared with some the better known brands.
