Life changer! We have 3 dogs; 2 Australian Shepherds, and 1 short hair Chihuahua. I have hair down to my bum, and I also have 3 daughters! “Alfie” picks of everything! He gets all the long hair, the chi’s short hair and he also picks up dirt, sand, and other grime. My house has tile, laminate, and rugs everywhere. Our feet our no longer black from walking around our own home. I have ours set to run every night at midnight, and I clean out the trap, filter, and brushes every other day. He is very effective at his job. He is a LITTLE louder than I was thinking he would be, but it doesn’t wake anyone up. 100% worth the money!! GET YOU AN ALFIE!

FOUR MONTHS LATER REVIEW:
Background: 1500 sqft home with three border collies, two cats and a rancher spouse. Hard floors with a couple small rugs.
Initially, this thing was amazing. Changed my life with the amount of hair it picked up everyday. We were sweeping each room at least once per day but I could still feel the grittiness of hair and small particles. The Eufy came in like a boss and would suction up each hair and speck of dirt.
Slowly though over the last month I’ve noticed the suction is not working nearly as well. It leaves behind hair and dirt, only picking up a portion of what it runs over. I should add that we clean out the entirety of the Eufy after each use. I even rinse out the filters and swap them every couple of days.
Although it is still doing a decent job, I am disappointed that after less than four months the quality of the job is going downhill. Would probably recommend to people without as many pets, or maybe a smaller surface area to cover.

Our crappy old vacuum finally died over the weekend and my fiancé talked me into wanting a robotic vacuum. I always said “why spend the money when I can just do it myself?” BECAUSE ITS WORTH THE MONEY. I’m so happy we got the 15C Max because it works perfectly with Alexa. And oh my god does it pick up everything!!! I’ve already had it clean twice today. And it gave me time for other things. I wish I could have 3 of them so I can use it back to back! We have 1 dog and 2 cats so animal hair is everywhere. Regular vacuums just don’t do it. So we purchased this amazing product by Eufy and a hand held vacuum to get the stairs. It’s worth the investment!
The pictures attached are from both clean sessions today!! I JUST VACUUMED ON SUNDAY!

So I was extremely skeptical of buying a robovac. Why would I drop $250 on something that I could do with a $5 broom? But, like so many other reviewers here, I gave it a try and I love it. I have been using this vacuum nearly every day for three months and it is going strong and still looks basically brand new!
For context, I have a 1,000 square foot home with beautiful hardwood flooring, some tile, and a few low-pile area rugs. This vacuum is perfect for that. An hour of runtime is plenty of time for the vacuum to bump its way around my entire house and pick up everything. Occasionally it will fold up one of the smaller rugs, but largely it gets itself worked out and won’t actually get stuck. Sometimes it will eat a cord, but it is gentle enough not to rip your computer/monitor/mouse/phone down or unplug anything.
We initially bought this since a friend recommended Eufy robovac for cat hair control (two cats in their household), and their cats shed like crazy. We have a large fluffy dog who regularly sheds and twice a year drops her entire coat in about three weeks. Amazon recommends this particular model if you have pet hair to vacuum up, and this vacuum really delivers! It does a fantastic job of sucking up all of the hair, and then making it easy to clean all the hair out! While running it 4-6 days of the week, it keeps up with our dog’s shedding and actually vacuums up hair faster than she sheds it. If you have multiple dogs or dogs and cats, then you could even run this twice per day since it does charge quickly enough to run again later in the day.
Besides just the vacuuming coverage and power, this is pet friendly in other ways as well. This vacuum seems to do a good job of detecting objects in front of it in auto mode and usually won’t bump into them. So if my dog is lying on the floor, it will largely avoid her. If it does bump into her, the bumper and the wheel control is really good so the bump is really gentle. My dog is shy and afraid of a lot of things, but after a few days this stopped bothering her entirely. (We may have also put some of her treats on top of it so she grabbed them off while it was running, and that helped a lot. Just a note if your dog is bribe-able.)
Pros:
– Plenty of runtime for a thousand foot house.
– The app is great, intuitive, and easy to use. Scheduling a time to start for each day of the week is really convenient.
– Sucks up SO MUCH pet hair. Like you almost wouldn’t know that we have a 55 pound fluffy dog because there is so little hair left when it is done.
– Awesome battery management. This thing delivers on the runtime they promised, and still has enough battery to bump around and recharge.
– No issues with finding the charger for me. We situated the charger against a wall and it moves in very slowly and does not have any trouble with recharging.
– Really easy to clean and empty! They made the brush roller easy to pull off and with the included slicer the hair will pull right off. The side sweeper brushes also pop right out to pull the hair off, so this is way easier to clean than a conventional stand-up push vacuum.
– Gentle on your stuff if it is sucked up. Even it does suck up shirts/cords/socks/rugs, they’re easy to pull back out and it does not rip or tear them or pull anything down from a ledge. They also include a few cable ties to keep your cords out of the way, which is a nice touch.
– Runs quietly enough to have running during meetings or watching TV without any disturbance. With two remote workers, this is a big plus. This thing is somehow quieter than the washing machine, and it only beeps once or twice if it has any issues.
– Low maintenance and easy enough for me to actually run it nearly every day, even though I am not a neat freak and in the past didn’t really care at all about pet hair all over the floors.
– Also great at sucking up dirt, which is especially important after it rains and the mud dries inside.
Cons:
– Occasionally gets stuck on cords or rugs, but does not damage them at all.
– For small entryway rugs, it may pile them up and make it hard to open or close the door. Maybe this wouldn’t happen if I put a nonslip mat under the rug, but it doesn’t really bother me.
– The edge mode does do a good job, but it would be nice if it got into corners a bit better.
It’s also important to note that my house is entirely one story, so I can’t speak to the viability of the drop sensors or how this will fare if you huck it down a flight of stairs. And as they note in the listing, this is not the model for high pile carpets. If you house is covered in thick, extra deep, wall to wall carpeting, then you probably don’t want this vacuum. But if you have hardwood floors or typical low-pile carpet, then this is a fantastic choice. And, as Amazon recommends, if you have a pet then this is the best little robovac to keep all that pet hair cleaned up!

I started being interested in the EUFY about three years ago. We had received another brand almost 20 years ago and while it did fine, the batteries kept wearing out. Quickly. Even had a wet vacuum for the linoleum floors. Batteries wore out. And the price was exorbitant. EUFY not so much.
And with a price about 25% of the “other brand” I was quite interested! I got the 11 to start out. Everything about its performance was very satisfactory.
Except.
The dirt collection bin was too small, too easy to get stuck, and difficult to clean. When I had a problem, I approached the Service Telephone Number with trepidation and prepared to fight.
Nope.
“Your system is still under warranty. We are sending a replacement vacuum out today. Just please return the unserviceable one. We will pay shipping and delivery.”
Okay. I like these people.
So, I bought a second one to augment the one I had just received. We have dogs and their hair is every where. EUFY handles them. I bought two more 11S Models as they had redesigned the collection bin and solved most of my complaints. I was really enjoying the work the two did in tandem in our family room/library area. And then they came out with the 15C. 2000Pa Suction! And an even better collection bin solution.
I now have 4 EUFY currently working every day. And they really do work. My dogs are hair producers but they have met their match with the EUFY. And the price is better now than when I bought my first one. Repair parts are readily available and they do not try to rob you in the after market. They are constantly improving the system and making it better. The last 15C I bought was about $260.00. I love it. And they go and go and go. I overwork the vacuums and can assure you I will buy another when the time comes.
Summation: Great product. Great Customer Support. Great Price. What’s not to like?

I like that you have a remote if needed for non-tech wifi users like my grandma ha ha, YOU HAVE SETTING OPTIONS, LET ME REPEAT YOU HAVE MULTIPLE SETTING OPTIONS- SPOT CLEAN WHICH SHARK DOESN’T HAVE, EDGE CLEAN FOR PERIMETERS, AUTOMATIC WHERE IT DETECTS HOW MUCH POWER IS NEEDED FOR THE ACCESSED AREA, 3 LEVELS OF SUCTIONS AND 30 MINUTE QUICK CLEAN. Its thinner, quiet, gentle when touching furniture and doesn’t do the crazy ricochet cleaning that other Vacs do. It works great with google and alexa, phone app is smooth no interruptions and wifi connectivity is awesome ( i took it to another house to clean and brought it back home and it reconnected to the initial wifi instantly). This purchase is a no brainer and the suction power is 2000 vs all of these 1500’s out here. Definitely with it leave hardwood floors shiny and carpets very clean. My Eufy cleans for 1 hour on Max and that’s 5 areas on the first level in my home living /dining/laundry/ family and kitchen but it can go longer. Stop debating JUST GET IT- you can always send it back but there is NO NEED! My 4 year old can operate it ha ha. The shark is way too high in height, only one function which is clean and it would drive me nuts bouncing all over the place instead of cleaning the are it needs to it will hit the wall in the kitchen and then turn and go all the way into the laundry room which makes no sense but that’s why i to a chance with Eufy and it hasn’t failed me yet.

I have hard floors through out the house with the occasional rug. Also, I have anywhere from 2 dogs, a cat and a person up to 4 dogs, a cat in the house and three people living in it.
1. Set up is easy. Download the app, makes for some fun when you’re controlling the direction, especially with animals.
2. You’ll want to rearrange some furniture (its wider then you think).
3. Noise on standard mode isn’t terrible. Its like a dishwasher running in another room. Choose your running times wisely if need be.
4. With app, you can set a schedule. Will test later on.
5. Floors already looking clean. Its easy to unload its bin and throw what it caught into the trash. Its a simple tray you pull out while its sitting there so there is no need to lift it up/flip it over.
6. In comparison the the irobot vacuums (from what I’ve read), the brushes on the bottom is just like your average vacuum. Hair can get caught in it, dog toy stuffing too, so you’ll have to clear that out every so often.
So far its been worth it. Will update review once something bad has happened, or once its been long enough.
Its a good vacuum. I ran it once around the house and it picked up quite a bit. I did not bother to sweep first, otherwise what would this do? Its path is sporadic. It seemed to leave the charging station and go somewhere. At times it would find a wall and just follow it around the house, which I liked. But if it got confused, it was just start going in any direction, hit something, turn, and off it goes again until it decides its happy enough to follow a wall. It does not do well with rugs or things with a lip (if it hits a certain way, it will curl up that item). But I did only have to help it get unstuck once.
EDIT: ONE WEEK LATER
Worth it! I made the initial mistake of not cleaning before letting this thing clean. I would HIGHLY recommend you clean up the house, otherwise they will get caught in the brushes and slow down the machine. That being said, I have some harder to reach places, so I steered the vacuum into those spots, steered it out, and promptly cleared the brushes and its cartridge. Now with the house done with the initial clean, I run this about an hour before work and an hour after work. When I open the dust collector compartment, there is a lot in it! This thing cleans, this helps relieve some stress and it makes me want to swiffer/mop the floor. I would recommend this to everyone (robot vacuum). Now this particular model, I have no issues, no concerns yet. It picks things up, it puts the stuff in its bin, it returns to charging station (takes a while, but it does). Lasts for 1 hour, 50 minutes of vacuuming, and takes about 3 or 4 hours to completely charge.
EDIT: TWO WEEKS LATER
It has had its first accident. It has ran over quite a few things, trapped itself in a room once, and collected quite a bit of dog hair and dirt. I wanted to update with its first broken part. A side brush that tried to eat a slipper. Now I think it breaking is my fault. I got a warning that the brush was tangled (have gotten a similar warning because it tried to eat a phone chord), and I tried to remotely fix the tangle. I directed the machine via Bluetooth back and forth attempting to free the slipper. Eventually, it got free and I was grateful, but upon further inspection, the side brush had snapped off and was lodged in the slipper. Had I undone it manually, I probably could have saved the brush. But luckily it came with a spare one so all is good. As an update for cleanliness, it is doing great! Every run it comes back pretty full. Surprising to think my house was this dirty. Still very happy with the purchase.
EDIT: ONE MONTH LATER
Sad to say, another side brush has broken. This time due to it being used. I assume the brush feet snap off when its transiting from hardwood to rug. I noticed some of the brushes were falling off before hand, because it was sucking them back up. But finally it lost all of its brushes and has made it useless. Onto the last spare that was provided. If there was a better, sturdier side brush, I will definitely look into buying it. I’m afraid the stock brushes are too fragile. Cleanliness wise, it is still doing great. I’ve ran it just about twice everyday, and the house is very clean, even with the dogs, cat, and guests. A worth while purchase. Recommending to my coworkers and friends already, and would recommend it to you.

I’m obsessed with it! We have 3 dogs and a 2 year old so our house is pretty dang messy and I have it set every morning to clean before everyone gets up (it’s that quiet it doesn’t even wake us) and then at night if the house gets dirty again and it’s a boss. Our house is mostly medium pile carpet too and it does great! I’ve had to get it in stuck once but we have a weird dining set that’s all different heights so I knew that would probably happen

Bought this to help the wife with chores. She was skeptical at first as she looked at the Eufy as a toy. She told me to send it back. I explained that we should try it first and if it doesn’t work out, we could send it back.
Set up with the app is a breeze. Just remember, this unit is not compatible with 5ghz wifi. You’ve got to set it up on the 2.4ghz network. After that, program the schedule and forget about it.
After about three nights of going to bed and waking up in the morning to clean floors, the wife was sold. (That was easy). She would probably fight me now if I tried to send it back.
We named our Eufy vac “Lupe” and she is quite the character. Most mornings, I wake up and she is already resting in her dock. Occasionally, she plays hide and seek and I have to find her and help her home. This morning, she got in a fight with the door mat. The door mat was flipped upside down and Lupe was holding by a loose thread. Lupe also isn’t fond of loose cords.
Seriously now, good purchase. The vac is quiet enough to run while you are sleeping yet powerful enough to pick up a dime off the floor. The thing to remember is to pick up before you go to bed. Especially phone cords and chargers. Sure makes housework a lot easier.

First let me preface this with – this is an amazing vacuum cleaner. We have 3 dogs, and a 2400sqft house. It keeps our floors practically spotless after a nights run. I’d highly recommend buying it, but read on to see why it might annoy you.
I’ve named ours Sweeperson, and he works well with Alexa when she hears me properly. Setting that up however – was not what I thought it would be. He has to have a 2.4ghz Wifi band – usually not an issue for most. I have my network setup where it’s a mix between the 2.4/5ghz on the same SSID. Tech support told me I needed to have him his own dedicated 2.4 SSID – which was kind of irritating to hear considering what product needs its OWN SSID? At that point I knew this guy didn’t know much since he kept insisting I needed that. So that’s where I knocked a star off.
Anywho. I separated my Wifi 5ghz into it’s own SSID name, and rebooted everything – Sweeperson liked that, and connected. Installed the Alexa skill in the Alexa app, and away we go. I didn’t bother putting the batteries in the remote it came with because really? I don’t want another remote to find when I need to clean my floor. Side note: After setup, and after your robot finds your Wifi to connect to – you can remerge your Wifi if you choose to. It worked just fine after for me. (Linksys router; TPLink Ethernet over Power Wifi).
Like I said – he cleans like a pro. Problem with him being kinda small (dont tell him I said that) is that he gets stuck in places you’re just like wat? how? He also HATES wires so pick those up with the provided zip ties, or just tidy up. With a few things in place to make him avoid troublesome spots he has no problems at all. Couldn’t say that about our old Roomba 690 we replaced with this.
Overall – Amazing buy. Tech support is iffy, but I guess he tried? I’m kind of surprised there aren’t any filter replacements for sale yet, but I’m sure it’s coming since it’s so new. I’d definitely buy again.

I have spent weeks researching robotic vacuums. After comparing and contrasting different models from big-name brands like iRobot, iLife, Eufy, etc, I figured this would be a good budget vacuum. I bought this a few weeks ago and have been using it. Here are my thoughts.
Build/Physique: This is a very sturdy unit. It has the classic round shape other robotic vacuums have. It weighs a few pounds but isn’t too heavy. It’s big enough where it can suck up a good amount of dirt, but not so big where it can’t get underneath things like tables, but chairs can be a bit of a different story.
Setup: Setup is easy. I just followed the instructions and put everything together as described/shown.
Controls: What’s nice about this vacuum is that you can control it with a physical remote (that comes with it) or the Eufy app on your smartphone. The app has slightly more functionality than the remote, but it’s trivial depending on your needs (see below). I don’t personally need the app, but I can see why it would be convenient. Some folks may want to run the vacuum while they’re away from their house.
Maintenance: Remember, the only robotic part about the vacuum is its ability to scour your house and suck up dirt and muck. It is not a self-maintaining machine. That being said, emptying the dustbin is simple — you just press a button, release the bin, unfold it, and dump it out. The filter is also easy to pop in and out. If I’m not mistaken, there are one or two filters that are washable, along with some disposable ones. Cleaning the roller brush and the side brushes is also very easy, and there are extra side brushes that come with the unit. If you need more, you can order individual parts or a kit that (I believe) 8 side brushes, one or two roller brushes, and some filters (sorry, I don’t know the quantities).
Performance: This is where the fun begins. If you’re not familiar with how robotic vacuums operate, here’s a quick breakdown — models like this one and many of the lower-end machines just blindly roam around and pick up whatever they find. More expensive units have navigational systems that allow them to map your house and create a floor plan so it knows where it is, where it’s been, and where it hasn’t been. Both WILL vacuum well, but the higher-end vacuums perform more efficiently. This vacuum roams around blindly, and it can be very frustrating to watch it move sporadically around your house. I also own an iRobot Roomba 980 which does have the mapping capabilities, so it covers the same amount of space in far less time. All this being said, however, it does have great suction and picks up things very well, including dog hair. I have a medium-sized yellow lab that sheds profusely, and it manages to suck up the hair very well off of hardwood floors. It also manages low-pile carpets well, too. Don’t get this vacuum (or any robotic vacuum for that matter) if you’re planning on vacuuming deep carpets, especially if you’re trying to get dog hair out.
Make sure that you pick up loose wires or any obstructions on the floor. These vacuums need as little interference from objects as much as possible. If you do forget to pick up a wire off of the floor, the vacuum has a feature where if it accidentally sucks it up, it will recognize it is a wire and drop it after a few seconds and move on. My Roomba 980 doesn’t do that (to my knowledge). In general, it does well with not getting itself stuck. I have a pretty large divider that separates my kitchen floor from my dining room floor (about 3/4 of an inch), and it manages to get over the hump easily. Another nifty feature the vacuum has is cliff detection, so if it approaches stairs, it will not fall down them and get damaged; however, there’s a drawback to this. If the vacuum encounters carpeting that is dark, the it might think it’s seeing black and not continue to clean that area, so it’ll move away. Stray away from dark-colored carpets if you can.
It may bump into things from time to time, but there won’t be any scratches on the unit. It has a bumper on it that will receive the impact of any collisions it has with objects it finds.
There are three suction power settings, escalating in power from 1 to 3. You can adjust with the remote and I would assume the app. It even beeps the number correlating to the suction power when you press the button, so 1 beep for suction power 1 (or the lowest setting), 2 beeps for suction power 2 (or the medium setting), etc.
If something goes wrong, it will beep in patterns, and you can check what error message is being denoted. I also like this feature, and the beeps are pretty loud, too.
The unit is fairly quiet. You can clearly hear when it’s on, but it makes a fraction of the noise a regular vacuum makes. This would be good for people who work from home but want to run the vacuum.
Other vacuums (including Eufy’s 30C) has a feature known as boundary strips or virtual walls. These are devices, or magnetic strips in Eufy’s case, that send out a signal that prevent the vacuum from crossing a certain point/line. If you didn’t want the vacuum to enter a certain area of your living room, you’d just have to put down one of the strips/set one of the walls at that area to prevent it from entering that area. The 15C Max does NOT have this feature, which I personally enjoy and would prefer to have, but, like having a regular vacuum, you’re going to have be tidier if you want the vacuum to run without any problems/hiccups.
You can also schedule the vacuum to run at certain times, which can only be done through the app. This feature is meant for folks I mentioned earlier that want to run the vacuum while they’re not home. The app also shows you the current state of the vacuum: whether it’s in standby mode (which just means it’s docked and turned on), cleaning, and offline.
Battery Life: At a full charge, I managed to get about an hour and a half (90 minutes) worth of a cleaning cycle out of it at the highest suction power. Eufy claims you can get up to 100 minutes at a full charge, so I’d say this checks out. The extremely convenient feature of this vacuum is that it is self-docking, which means if you press the power/home button on the remote or app (or if the unit’s battery is low), it will stop cleaning and return to the charging base all on its own. It does behave strangely if the base isn’t in a clear location/up against a strong-walled surface. So, make sure you don’t have anything blocking the path for the vacuum to get to the base, and ensure that the base is firmly against a wall. This is easily one of my favorite things about this unit.
The Bottom line: For $280, this vacuum rocks. You won’t find a more powerful machine. It has some great features like painless setup, automatic self-docking charging, auditory suction power and error codes, cliff detection, compact size, a great battery life, powerful suction, flexible control devices (remote/app), easy maintenance, scheduling/automation, and cheap replacement components for order.
There are certainly some drawbacks like darker carpets interfering with cliff detection, randomized roaming that doesn’t make sense, and no boundary strips, but again, consider an iRobot Roomba 980 whose price is currently $900 as of 07/21/2019. It does have mapping and virtual boundaries, but you need to consider the significant price hike comparing these two particular models. Is it worth three times what this unit costs to pay for a machine that does have those features? This is in no way an insult to iRobot, but not everybody can just drop nearly a grand on most things, especially a vacuum. Take it from me who has a machine capable of efficient navigation. I’m glad I got both and was able to test them out. Watching the 15C Max after using the Roomba 980 is painful. But again, three times the price. The Eufy is still very powerful and picks up dirt/hair great.
The Eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 15C Max performs very well and has plenty of awesome features with just a few drawbacks, and I truly believe you won’t find a better robotic vacuum for under $300.

This little vac is the best by far, we have using robotic vacs for years- we have had 5 rooma’s and two bobssweeps! Our home is a 2700 sq ft ranch and we have 3 dogs that love to shed. 1 black Pug, 1 Tan Shiba Inu, and 1 Little Chihuahua and they shed like cray. The Rooms trash bins kept breaking and the sensors work keep saying full all though empty so they won’t star and would always get stuck. The Bobssweeps are just junk in my opinion one had to be sent back to factory for replacement and the other is always stuck or falling down the stairs. So we decided to try Eufy and so far this guy is 10000% better then anything we have own, the other were so loud that you could not have a conversation with them running. Eufy is so quite that we running them twice a day and can talk and watch TV with no noise interference at all. The other great thing is that not once I mean not once has these guys had a problem or gotten stuck, and are so thin the go undue tables and under the edges of kitchen cabinets with no problems. And another huge plus is that they seem to have a much better vac pattern and cover much better populated spaces where as the other brand seem to get lost or stuck. In the end I loved it so much we bought two and are looking at getting a 3rd for our lower level. The is a true and honest review… Truly the Best. Dan

I’ve been wanting to try a robot vacuum for years but never wanted to break the bank. Saw this one on sale and pulled the trigger. I have a townhouse with two cats. Smaller rooms with mostly carpet. Some area rugs and linoleum in the kitchen. Also plenty of items like chairs and tables scattered throughout. My expectations were not that high but I was completely impressed. Not only does it maneuver around everything it gets over area rugs fine and floor transitions. And let me tell you. It cleans up. I used to vacuum daily with a $800 dyson and this little robot picks up so much cat hair! I had to empty the dirt bin 3 times in the first hour of running. And that isn’t a complaint! I am amazed. I run it daily upstairs and downstairs. Only once did it get stuck and that was the fault of a cat refusing to move haha. If you have been on the fence about trying one of these. I implore you to give this one a shot especially if you have pets

We have a dog, a cat, and a blended family of five teens. I wish I had bought this a long time ago as it would have saved me lots of angst from stepping on messy floors and fighting with teens to vacuum! Day three of using this and I’m loving it! It did stall at one point because of long hair caught in the brush (three of the teens are girls with long hair, as well as myself so no surprise) but it alerted me on my phone and it took just a minute to clear it out and off it went again! It’s doing a fabulous job! I just started it with my phone app from work today so I’ll go home to clean floors tonight! SO happy with this purchase! Now if only it emptied the dishwasher! 😉

The first thing that I want to say about this vacuum cleaner is impressive!
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting this small sleeky device to be that intelligent. This is one of the coolest things that I own. So, now coming to its pros and cons
1. Super smart device with the ability to sense and maneuver around
2. It comes with a remote control that’s easy to use. You also have an option to download an application in just a few steps, which helps in timing the cleaning at a certain time of the day.
3. Affordable! I don’t think there’s any vacuum cleaner in the market that has these many features at such a great price.
4. Beautifully made to impress people at first sight. Many of my friends liked the conspicuous style
5. Able to detect errors and cliffs/steps
6. Great Battery life- Vacuumed around 85-90 minutes with high power suctioning on a complete charge.
7. Last, but not least- Self-docking. You will be surprised to see your home is clean every morning and your device is not here or there but docked in at the right place.
Few cons about this device, which again can be subjective, maybe it’s just my observance, but it can be different for others
1. It’s extremely good for wooden floors and medium carpets, but not great for thick carpets. I have a thick carpet, but it does the job (I don’t have pets, that’s why I don’t require detailed cleaning). I’m happy with the current level of cleaning.
2. Goes here and there without a straight lineup, but I guess, that’s something (hopingly) that can be improvised with a future update.
Overall, it’s a great purchase for such a great price. I would definitely recommend it!
P.S: Excited to explore more with this sleeky intelligent device. Update to follow-up in the next 3 months!

Since it appears to be an unspoken requirement to give your robotic vacuum a human name, we called ours Mr. Wonderful. Mr. Wonderful has become quite an important member of our family. He never gets tired or angry at us for the gross things we ask him to clean and his battery life is simply amazing. What a stud!
We have two dogs and a cat that shed A LOT of hair but Mr. Wonderful is not intimidated. Mr. Wonderful sucks up the hair, dirt, crumbs, and anything you can imagine with ease. He is surprisingly quiet and when he is done cleaning he goes home to rest up his little spinning brushes for his next challenge.
The picture above is just from our living room after Mr. Wonderful cleaned it ONE time. Thanks Mr. Wonderful. You are my knight vacuum in shining armor 🙂

Just received our 15C Max yesterday. We only had to attached the side brushes, remove some packaging, and she was ready to run out of the box – charged and ready to go. No one in my house likes to vacuum (well, who likes to, really? But I mean, we basically only vacuumed when it got really bad or we were expecting company). On top of that, we have a German shepherd who sheds CONSTANTLY. So, let’s just say that anything would have been an improvement. Even so, we had high hopes for this little gal. (We named her Effie).
So, we set Effie loose, fully expecting we would have to empty the dustbin every 10 minutes or so while she got the worst of the pet hair up (And we did). We also knew we would need to run her pretty much continuously (between charges) for a few days, to make up for lost time.
It has now been 24 hours, and we have run her through a handful of cycles, dutifully emptying the dustbin when needed. But, as expected, the floors are looking MUCH MUCH cleaner, and we are emptying the bin less frequently. Already a 200% improvement. Effie is GREAT with hardwood floors, but only PRETTY GOOD on the area carpets (even in “Max” mode). She excels at getting up the loose stuff, but can’t quite swallow BIG tufts of hair or suck up the hairs more “embedded” in the area carpets.
But, this was not a surprise to us – after reading TONS of reviews of all the different robovacs out there, the consensus seems to be that none of them can compete with an upright for deep cleaning. (If that is what you expect, you WILL be disappointed). As for us, I will be ecstatic to have Effie vacuum daily. If she can get the “loose stuff” up on a regular basis, hopefully, it will reduce the need for me to get my Hoover out for a deep cleaning…..And, no more “panic vacuuming” before guests arrive….
For now, we are still working our way back to a “baseline” of cleanliness, but once there, I fully expect we will only need to run Effie once a day with only one or two “cleanouts” required per sweep. (We are currently running her around our first floor area, which includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, probably around 1200sf).
Overall we are pleased as punch. Especially for the price we paid (<$250). And, WOW is she good at getting into tight spaces and corners, such as under the coffee table, behind the sofa, even under our freestanding gas Vermont casting stove (no it is NOT running!). Even when there is debris she can’t suck up (like a pistacchio shell or a paper receipt), she is great at sweeping it out from wherever it was hiding – sort of dragging it along – and bringing it out into the open where we CAN get at it.
Finally, you do have to watch her around cables – or tie them up (and Eufy includes a few cable-ties to get you started, which is very thoughtful of them). Twice already we noticed Effie had “lost” a side brush during her sweep. Both times, the whisker brush had become trapped under a cable and “broke free” when she must have backed up/changed direction. No harm done – it appears designed to come off without breaking when this happens. But…it DID take us a few minutes to figure out WHERE the brush was so we could stick it back on….so be forewarned. Still, she herself has yet to get stuck and yell for help. Not bad, considering the layout and furniture she has to navigate in our house. If you download the app, she will send messages when help is needed (“the bumper is stuck. Please clear it,” or “The brush needs to be cleaned” – things like that). You can also use the app or the remote to switch between the various cleaning modes (standard, iBoost, and Max). But only the app allows you to schedule daily cleaning times.
(Also fun: you can use the remote to “drive” her around 🙂 Since we did have SO much pet hair lying around, I did take the wheel a bit to make sure she paid attention to the worst areas….) We also tried the “spot clean” mode to ensure she spent time in the main kitchen area. (Worked great).
Bottom line: If you are looking for a robovac to do the daily vacuuming for you and keep your house presentable, you can’t go wrong with this unit. If you want a vacuum that will deep clean, however, stick with an upright. Or, as we do, use the Eufy to clean on a daily basis and bring out the Hoover only when necessary. If you have a pet that sheds a lot, as we do, don’t bother with the “self-emptying” versions as these do not clean the hair from the brush. You have to do it manually, about once a day.

The 15c Max is the 3rd of my eufy robovacs, joining the ranks of an 11c pet edition and 30c. I decided to purchase the 15c max to take the place of my 30c as it has started to have a nasty habit of ignoring it’s drop sensors, which I think may have to do with the amount on light on the stairs this time of year, but causing the robovac to take a tumble. Instead of ending up with a useless robovac after a 3rd fall, I moved the 30c to my downstairs area, without stairs to fall down, replacing and retiring my 11c pet edition, which is not low profile like the 30c or 15c max, and is also quite a bit louder, as well as having a whole set of other issues I won’t get into here.
I really like Eufy robovacs, and they work 90% of the time flawlessly. Both the 30c and 15c max seem to avoid wire tangles even better than the 11c (which was a frequent problem until I got aggressive with cable management), have better object detection, and better suction. As you can see, I’m quite familiar with the Eufy Robovac line, it’s intricacies, and what to look out for when either replacing or upgrading to my next robovac.
Unfortunately, Eufy does not seem to think advertising all of it’s product features is important to consumers, which has left me with a robovac that doesn’t have all the features I expected. It is quite difficult to understand the different features between the different models they offer, and most differences come down to either suction power or wifi, but what they fail to make clear is support for their magnetic barriers. Boundary strips, are a pretty basic, common feature on most robotic vacuums. 11C pet, comes with and support magnetic barriers, 30c, comes with and supports magnetic barriers, 15c max, doesn’t come with barriers and apparently DOES NOT have the sensors to support them. When you look at Eufy’s product comparison chart, it appears that the product simply does not come with boundary strips, not that it lacks the sensors to even respond to them. No where on the product page on Amazon, no where in the manual, no where on Eufy’s product page, does it address their lack of support for boundary strips with this robovac. Now, because of this omission, all of the areas that are bounded off for my old 30c and 11c pet are free game for the 15c max and I have 26 feet of useless magnets for the 15c max to just roll on over.
On the bright side, I would say that the 2000pa suction advertised for the 15c Max is definitely a noticeable power increase over the 1500pa models. I ran the 15c Max the day after running the 30c and there was a significant increase to the amount of dust in the collection bin compared to how much is normally there when the 30c runs.
Thanks Eufy. You’re better than this. I like your products, but your communication around product features and product comparison leaves much to be desired.

We are very fond of our vaccum, his name is Geoffrey. We remodeled and pulled up all the carpeting in the house and replaced with LifeProof, so I treated myself to this lil’ robot. We have 4 cats and a German Shepard plus three people in the house, so plenty of hair. Geoffrey does a great job of picking up dust and hair on the hardwood, and a decent job on the carpet. I usually vaccum with a real vaccum and then let him do a pass. Now, Geoffrey is smart, but maybe not the smartest. He constantly beaches himself on the cat tree and currently is obsessed with running up the Christmas tree. He loves to suck up the bath mat and try to drag it around. And he often loses one of his little brushes. But he’s a fine little robot. If you catch him on sale, he’s totally worth it. If you have large expanses of open floor plan, he is worth it. If you’re like us and have dog toys and chair legs and assorted area rugs and grates on the floor, he gets pretty confused. Not necessarily a product flaw, just the nature of a smart vac. I’d recommend him, and actually just bought two for Christmas gifts. And I love that he has an app and he sends me little messages whenever he is stuck. I can tell him to dock, or run, or set a schedule from my phone.

Works exceptionally well, quiet, easy to remove debris.
I had a E6 Roomba previously and the Eufy is much better.
– The Eufy Its quiet enough that it will not disturb ongoing conversations or tv, etc in the same room.
– Lower height means it gets under more tight cleaning spaces
– Much larger dustbin (I want to say it twice is large, but I can’t find the roomba’s dustbin size).
-Much easier to clean dust bin. It’s a simple clam shell that opens wide. The Roomba’s is a pain with two different debris openings to empty out dirt.
– 2 Sweepers versus 1 to bring side debris in front of the vacuum to clean
A word to the wise to any robot vacuum if you have pets that might leave “presents” you might want to turn robot on manually instead of scheduling it. Having a robot vacuum run over excrement can be a challenge to clean up. Also if you never had a robot vacuum before they’re wonderful, but it’s best to think of them has faithful assistants that need some occasional direction or rescuing. Just like you might have to take it from one floor of your home to another you may need to move them from certain rooms to another depending on your home.
-Most importantly the Eufy 15C max does a great job cleaning.
It nice to have a choice of phone application or remote. I choose the 15C Max model because it was a a model with Wifi and 2000 Pa suction. Generally the Eufy models suction ranges from 1300, 1500, 2000) and vary by a couple of features (Wifi control and room blocking barriers). I was not interested in the barriers because at least the Roomba ones were not effective.
I have hardwood floors so I imagine i could have chosen a model with lower suction. Enjoy.

I hesitated to buy a robotic vacuum because I thought you had to map out your house and I move stuff around a lot; because they look like they’re the size of a dinner plate; and because they’re so expensive. But the housekeeping task I hate most is taking care of hardwood floors, so this morning, I finally made the decision to just test one.
I did my homework and the Eufy is rated highest everywhere, not just here. Amazon offered to deliver it today, so I took that option.
The packaging is swanky enough, but I was shocked to find that the machine is about the diameter of a medium sized pizza. It’s incredibly quiet when it is operating. And here’s the wacky thing: it runs on the law of probability. I followed it around like it was a new puppy while it randomly went into my bedroom and slid under the bed, then made a beeline down the hall, then later made a swipe through the kitchen, and went into the bathroom.
Completely illogical.
But in the course of an hour, it had actually covered the majority of the house! I took up a broom just to see…and I got nothing. I let it run its crazy pattern, having moved a bunch of chairs into a stack (even though now I know i didn’t have to) and taking care to pick up all the electrical cords touching the ground (yes, you have to do that!)
Astonishing.
At the end of what I think of as its maiden voyage, I took out the collection compartment, which was super easy to do. The filter was utterly grimy, and the box was stuffed with who-knows-what gray lint. Shocking, because I’m a fairly attentive vacuumer in general, despite not liking to do it. And I have the brand of upright that rhymes with the famous boxer Mike _ _ _ _ _.
I installed the app and it was easy. It will let me turn the thing on even when I’m not home. Imagine, coming home to a clean house!
I tried to catch this vacuum up making mistakes. I figured it missed places when I wasn’t looking. I was wrong. It even got that small dried leaf that fell between the toilet and the wall overnight. What are the chances?…it was gone.
It did perfectly under the edge of my kitchen cabinets, under the bed, under the couch, and where I noticed a dead fly this morning under the picture window. I’m completely impressed. I love this thing and I’m keeping it.
I mean really, this thing sucks! In the best possible way.

Love this vaccuum most of the time. Extremely easy to use. We have about 2000 sq ft we use it in and it does almost all of it in around 90 minutes. It just depends on if we have picked up any stuff we forgot to pick up before he runs. We have 3 dogs and the hair is more than we can deal with and he works awesome on the dog hair. It is easy to program with the app. We have it programmed to run every day at select times and you can set it to let you know if there are any problems when it is running. You can also use the app if you want to turn it on or off even if you aren’t home. My only problems are if it gets tangled you have to go undo it, issues with shoelaces, cords and if there are any strings they can get tangled on the brushes. We have to be sure everything is up and let’s face it, you’re going to miss some stuff. Another problem is it will climb up some things and get stuck, one time it climbed on my foot and lower leg, freaked me out. Honestly I am glad I purchased this over many of the others out there. For the money it is the best option out there. The waste bin is a good size and if I forget to empty 1 day it still has enough room for another day and that is including the dog hair. I would definitely buy this again and we may for another building we have onsite.

This machine works FAR better than any mood stabilizer I’ve ever been on. I had low expectations, but what a difference it makes in my daily life! No, REALLY. I have three dogs and a cat, and LVP floors. I had no idea what a horrible job I did vacuuming and mopping until Ezekiel (you have to name them…it’s a thing) came into my life to show me the error of my ways. My floors are SQUEAKY clean now. NO, REALLY. I don’t cry myself to sleep anymore. I disassociate less. I’ve cut my Xanax dosage in half. Friends and relatives comment on my new chipper demeanor.
In all seriousness, this is an amazing little machine for an amazing price. You don’t need to spend $900 on one of these things to experience the absolute joy that is robotic help. I am so hooked that I just bought one for my mom. She shall name him Tony.

We went to robot vacuums in earnest after we experienced a long-term family medical problem that has required extensive, immaculate household cleanliness for the long term. Robots have infinitely reduced my level of angst for caring for a chronically ill loved one. I use at least 4 of these daily.
I have gone with entry level robots. We started with an Oregon Scientific , and now have 2 Deebot 500s, 2 Eufys, and a Roomba 600 series. A third Eufy is now on order to replace the Oregon Scientific , which is staring to wear out. The Oregon Scientific was purchased in June 2018 and has been used about 1600 hours in that time span.
We have mostly bare floors with some area carpets.
All have upsides and all have some limitations.
All robots. From a number of reviews I have read, many are expecting these robots to cover larger floor spaces than they are capable of covering. If the robots are not asked to do too much, all do well.
All robots. I have learned to “robot proof” of all our rooms. All the robots will eat cabling and stall. If you have floor heating and/or cooling vents, all of them have trouble not getting stuck on them. All of them stall if the forward -looking windows become too dusty.
Oregon Scientific. Adequate cleaning of bare floors. 2 hour endurance. Will NOT go onto a dark carpet. Brand is discontinued. I did learn that Eufy dustbins will fit in this robot, which is a big deal. Also, some Coredy brand replacement parts can work.
Deebot. A GREAT pickup of fine dust and link. Good endurance, just under 2 hours. Quiet and moves slowly. Will NOT go onto dark carpets. Replacement dust bins are expensive. Parts a bit of problem to find. We use these in our bedroom and living room, where we spend most of our time because they keep the dust and lint down the best.
Roomba. A bruiser. High speed. No issue on any carpet color. Loves to crash into things. We have lost fragile family heirlooms to this wild animal. Also gets stuck easily. Fast speed makes it poor at getting fine dust and lint. Also has the highest vertical clearance of all our robots, which forced us to elevate some furniture to use it. Parts pretty easy to get. Dustbin is unique and most likely would cost a fortune to replace.
Eufy. Fast but not as fast as the Roomba. Cannot match the Deebot for fine dust and lint, but a good compromise in capability. Has the fewest issues with getting stuck. We have some IKEA chairs that none of our other robots can deal with; they all get stuck on them. Only the EUFY can be used in these rooms. Has the best record of finding home. Had the best support feedback I got from any company. The dustbins have the best design of any of our robots, and getting spares were amazingly inexpensive.
So, the bottom line is that the last 3 vacuums I have purchased are Eufys. None of these are perfect, but I have settled on Eufy. If and when our Deebots fail, we most likely will replace them with Deebots for the reason I stated above.

We have a corgi and wanted a vacuum to clean up all the shed hair and crumbs from food he leaves around the floor. I sweep twice a day and when needed with a dust mop and I was surprised how much was left behind. This vacuum did an excellent job picking up stuff I could not see. I had swept prior to this photo and this was the first time I ever used the eufy.
The only cons are the way it drives around the rooms is inefficient and wastes energy. It drives randomly but it could make better use if it was to zig zag similar to how torpedoes with wake homing work. The other issue is my iPhones won’t connect to the vacuum no matter what we do. Im sure eventually we’ll get it to work but out of the box we wanted it to work correctly the first try.
Overall I am happy with the purchase and we will see how it holds up with the rest of time.
