– Move cables out of the way to avoid entanglement. 5 cable ties are provided in the package to help you better organize wires and power cords.
Note:
*Maximum
**Standard suction mode (hardwood floors) provides approx. 100 minutes of cleaning. BoostIQ mode (carpeting) provides approximately 50 minutes of cleaning.
Max suction mode on medium-pile carpets provides approx. 40 minutes of cleaning.
RoboVac only connects to the 2.4GHz frequency. Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz router or a dual-band router that is configured to support a 2.4GHz frequency band. RoboVac does not support 5GHz frequency band.
The use of Bounce Navigation means that RoboVac will follow a random path when cleaning. This method is still proven to cover an entire room over time.

First, let me just say that we initially bought a Roomba. It was awful. The reviews said to give it time to learn a pattern. That wasn’t the issue. The Roomba wouldn’t pick up anything other than dust. We have hard wood floors and low-pile rugs. The Roomba would roll right over the particles and just knock them around (if it moved them at all)!
After trying the Roomba several times a day for a few days, we took it back and bought a Eufy BoostIQ Robovac 30c. There were MANY reviews on the Roomba that basically said it sucked and we should go buy a Eufy.
This beautiful machine did more in 10 minutes than the Roomba did in 3 days. Not only did it pick up things that the Roomba left behind, but it fit under our couch, loveseat, and entertainment center where the Roomba couldn’t!
Eufy Robovac is better than iRobot Roomba in every way.
Eufy gets to the baseboards better and the corners get clean when Roomba’s extended brush couldn’t even reach the corners. It’s so much quieter too! Roomba scared the crap out of everyone when it would start running. You can barely hear the Eufy unless the house is quiet or you are trying to hear it. Eufy has THREE suction settings. The stronger the suction, the more battery used. It doesn’t fall off ledges. And oh, the dog hair…! We have a long-haired German Shepherd, a short-haired German Shepherd, a Golden Retriever, and a Lhasa Apso. I simply cannot express how amazing it is to have something that can keep this dog hair under control! It just packs the hair into the compartment and keeps going. It is what you would consider a “work-horse”. Eufy comes with a remote that allows you to “drive” it. Lol This is the best remote control vehicle we’ve ever bought. And while it’s not a necessity, the app is better than Roomba’s app also.
I hope this review gave you the confidence to give this amazing robot a try!

In my opinion, to deserve a 5 star review on Amazon, you not only need to have a product that is best in class, it needs to be fairly priced and have a great company behind it.
The RoboVac 30C is in fact a great product. It competes head to head with other top of the line vacuums that cost in the $500-800+ range. However, the 30C, while having great suction, does so in a quiet manner. This is important to us, as we have a new born baby that would not be able to sleep through other robot vacuums.
The thing I appreciate about eufy and this 30C is that they do not include other functions that do not add much to the utility of the vacuum (for example: laser mapping, mopping). While these functions map seem like they would add a lot of value, all they do is drive up the price and are poorly implemented. Eufy chooses to include functionally that people would use on a daily basis.
I have owned multiple eufy vacuums and the best thing I can stay about eufy as a company is that they have the best customer service. I would rank them about Amazon, Apple, and Google. My first product was a bit of a disappointment, but their team connected with me and made sure I was satisfied. They were relentless about making sure I would happy and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that.
If you want a vacuum with voice control, look no farther. I recommend this purchase highly.

I’ve never owned a robotic vacuum before, but I love gadgets and we just moved into a new home so it seemed like it was time. I considered more expensive offerings from Roomba etc, but consumer reports and other sites rate this one as highly or higher than a lot of the more expensive ones so I thought I’d give it a go.
I’ll start with first impressions and update as time goes on.
First Impressions:
The packaging was honestly really good and the materials that everything is made of were surprisingly good. Like I expected a lot more plastic and cheap parts, but it feels like they used really good materials, like glass on the top, good quality magnetic strips, etc. It looks good enough to leave docked out in the open (which the instructions recommend). Having never owned one from another brand, I can’t compare, but I can’t imagine they would be any nicer. It also comes with everything you need, and maybe even don’t need, like batteries for the remote, sticky pads for the magnetic strips, zip ties to clean up cables, and a useful tool to clean gunk out of the brush if needed (more on that later).
Setup was really easy. Basically plug it in, put it on the dock, and connect it using the app. Same as other wifi connected things. I will say however that the app is no frills, and lacks some basic good UI features. Stuff like you can’t set a schedule for multiple days at once, you have to set each day independently. I wouldn’t take off too many points for this since I don’t expect a lot of functionality out of it, and I don’t really have to mess with it much so the UI stuff doesn’t get in the way much. I have also had some challenges where the app will frequently say the vacuum isn’t connected, even though I know it has plenty of battery and is near the router. It only supports 2.4 GHz, which is kind of a bummer since most of my devices use 5, so maybe that’s the issue. It’s not a huge pain since I mostly let it run automatically, but I guess if you were away from home and wanted to start it manually, you might have issues.
So far it seems to clean pretty well. I followed it around the whole first run and it did a pretty good job, although it doesn’t necessarily seem to be the smartest thing I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t follow much of a pattern, but it will sometimes follow a wall, and if it comes to a pillar or chair leg or something it will go all the way around before continuing. It might clean a small portion of one room before leaving to go clean somewhere else, so it may not complete a room in a single go (at least on automatic mode, there is a room mode). It makes me want to complain, but at the same time, it does seem to get everywhere eventually, so I can’t say it misses things. It will leave zigzag lines on your carpet, but it surprisingly actually looks really clean and doesn’t bother me.
The first few runs it cleaned up A TON of stuff. I had no idea our house was that dirty honestly. Like we had to empty it every time it ran, and I did have to pick a bunch of hair out of it, which is a little annoying. The tool that comes with it makes it way easier, and the brush pops out easily, so even though it’s a chore, it makes it as easy as possible for you. After a few runs, it started to pick up less stuff, so I guess that’s the point of having it run every day, right? It’s weird, it sometimes doesn’t feel like it’s doing that much, but after a few days I came home and was really surprised at how clean it made the house feel. Like there’s just something about carpets that look vacuumed that make the whole house feel cleaner. On that point, I’m blown away. For a lot less money than other options, I feel like our house is noticeably cleaner without much work on our end.
So for first impressions, I’m impressed. It’s a solid vacuum that has done well for us so far. Just a few complaints, but it has definitely been worth it.
Answers to some questions I had before buying:
Will it scratch our hardwood floors? No, but it seems like if it ran over something that got stuck underneath it and drug it around, I guess that could.
How long does it last? We have mostly hard wood, but some carpet and area rugs. We’ve been getting about an hour out of it I think, though I haven’t timed it. That part is a little disappointing. I would be very surprised if you got 100 minutes like they claim.
Does it get stuck easily? No… but it does get stuck if you don’t take precautions. You’ll have to pick up cords and other random crap you usually just leave on the floor. It’s pretty powerful so it gets over most challenges, but we have had it get stuck on stuff we left lying around. Maybe cleaning that up is partially what makes it feel cleaner.
Can it find its way home? We have a 1 story house with long hallways, but it still seems to find its way into the far rooms and can find its way back. It takes a long time to return home since it slows down, but I can tell it has a strategy that seems to work for it.
Hopefully this helps. I would definitely recommend it so far, and will update after a few more weeks.
UPDATE 12/31/18
So we’ve had Eufy for a while now and I still think it was a great purchase. It’s probably one of the dumber robot vacs, but it’s still great in my opinion. It’s basically just random, with a slight bit of method to the madness, but who cares if you’re running it every day so it gets to every spot eventually anyway? It sometimes takes a while to get home, but so far for us it always gets home… unless it gets stuck. I think I said it above, but I’ll say it again, you’ll have to change some things to keep it from getting stuck. Leave stuff on the floor? Eufy might get stuck. Have a chair with an opening almost the same size as Eufy? If he gets in there, he might get stuck. That being said, we’ve gotten to the point where he really doesn’t get stuck anymore since it’s not hard to keep him out of those places, especially with the magnetic strip they give you.
I don’t know what else to say about it honestly. It’s a dumb robot vac, but it’s so darn cheap and works pretty well. I would probably get 2 of these before buying a more expensive iRobot or other brand.

I love this vacuum. I have a roomba (880 before wifi version) but it is so loud I would only let it run when I was away. Even then my poor dog had to listen to it. Often I’d come home to it being stuck somewhere and battery dead. I wanted something quiet and with wifi capability. This vacuum is quiet enough to run while I’m watching TV. It hasn’t gotten stuck yet but it’s no big deal if it does if I am there. My house is mostly tile and (dark) hardwood with some area rugs. Had no problem connecting to wifi. I love how it works with Alexa. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star is I’d like to see a pattern in vacuuming (my roomba didn’t either). I’d also like to be able to make virtual walls in the app rather than have to use boundary strips. But again since I can run it when I’m home it’s not a deal breaker, I can use the app or the remote to change its course. Sometimes my roomba ignored the virtual walls anyway. It is also good about sensing an object and turning before it hits it, occasionally it will very lightly tap something–my roomba bumped into everything. I have had no problems with it not finding its way back to the base. Overall, This is a very good vacuum for a good price.

Previous Eufy owner. Love the Echo connected capability & suitable mobile app. This unit is shorter in height with 25% more suction, which is great, but the suction comes at a price. Battery run-time is 45 mins on max-suction. With that said, have literally stopped manually vacuuming, it works that good. Has exceeded expectations. Also, ran into an issue with one of the two units I purchased. In short order Eufy-Support sent me a new unit and return shipping for the other unit. Their response was fast, well communicated & decisive. Excellent customer support. As I say in the title, a great product (that performs as good as the competition for half the price) and great customer service!
HeleleMama –
I never know my floor is this dirty until I use it.
It can run up to 90 minutes after fully charged(In hyper mode only 40 minutes).
For my room, it can collect that much of dust after each run(shown in the picture).
One thing I really like about is you can use their app to control it from every where, even away from your home.
You can schedule cleaning base on day and time. For me I schedule it to run whenever I’m not at home. It’s nearly hands free cleaning services.
Two things need to be aware of:
1)Stay away from a lot of cables
2)Do not use hyper mode unless it is necessary. Its battery won’t last for a long time under hyper mode, and since it’s basically patrolling randomly in your room, without enough time, it won’t able to cover every corner.

Overall, I’m extremely impressed with this vacuum! I was hesitant purchasing it (due to the amount of options and features available in the market) but I’m so glad I did. We have two large, German Shepherd mixed dogs and this tiny vacuum does wonders on both our hardwood and carpeted floors, transitioning almost seamlessly from level to level. I’m able to schedule it’s run time via the user friendly app, as well as program the cleaning cycle (whether it be auto, edging, 30-min quick clean, etc). We run it nearly every night on the full-powered “auto” cycle and I’m amazed at the dog hair it picks up. There’s something so rewarding about waking up to fresh vacuum marks! It’s done really well around edges and transitioning onto rugs, too. However, the first time running it was like baby-proofing; lift up curtains that hang on the ground, remove rugs that don’t have a non-slip backing from the hardwood, etc. This has by far been the best bang-for-you-buck vacuum I’ve purchased. Highly recommend!

First experience with a robovac, after a week these are my impressions.
Pros:
-Ample power does leave carpets noticeably cleaner, but doesn’t replace upright vac
-Noise level is low, sounds like a microwave
Cons:
-Got stuck transitioning from laminate to carpet twice so far, but generally handles terrain well
-NAVIGATION: there is none to speak of. Movement is completely random. This results in the Eufy overcleaning some rooms while missing others. Finding its way home is also hit or miss, and more often than not I have to carry the unit back to the dock.
-Battery power is somewhat limited, 45-60 minutes on a 5 hour charge, and that precious power is often wasted on superfluous cleaning
-Dust compartment is not made for pet hair, as you can see they pile up in the mouth/middle and hinder the suction before it’s even half full. This is a major problem for me and requires me to empty the unit mid-cycle.
Overall, I’m of mixed opinion. Eufy 30C is a well functioning vacuum that does the job, and at $225 seems reasonably priced comparably to other models, but many of the drawbacks I listed prevent this from being the “set and forget” device I imagined.

This Review is for the Eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 30c Wi-Fi Upgraded, Super-Thin, 1500Pa Strong Suction. I have this robo, for three months now. I cannot tell you, how happy i am, when coming to my home, and see all my floors clean. I have noticed that many have problems with other robos with Dark Floors. Well mine is a Dark Walnut, and Eufy has no problem in cleaning my floors. If you look at my Picture, you will see my Dark Wood flooring is connected to my ceramic tile flooring in my kitchen. And Eufy, so thin, fits underneath my Island with ease. I love it, because as everyone knows, there is so much collection of dust and crumbs that goes underneath the Island and i cannot tell you how hard it is to clean underneath manually. Anyway, with Eufy, that problem is solved. I have Alexa, and its very Friendly with Eufy. Which it makes a pleasure having them both together. Unfortunately, I also have Deebot, and its not Alexa friendly, cannot figure out why. People, I STRONGLY recommend to get this Eufy RoboVac 30C. You will not be disappointed. Ohh, by the way, while being amazed by this RoboVac 30C, with a bit of research, I happen to find out that this machine is made by Anker. NO WONDER ITS A EXCELLENT PRODUCT… Will I get another?… OH YES, with my Eyes Closed. Anker makes Great Products.. And their Reputation is Excellent. With experience in their products, they do NOT make cheap stuff… Their products are long lasting and they have great material quality. I am so happy that i made a excellent decision and investment.

The RoboVac does a great job cleaning. It’s able to climb a high-pile carpet most of the time (has trouble some others depending on how the pile lays). Only issue I really see is it has trouble finding its way home if it isn’t close to the base when it finishes.
ETA: after submitting my review, Anker contacted me and offered a free additional charging base to alleviate the returning home issues. In addition, they offered an additional product of my choosing of $30 or less. This is how you do customer service and why I’m a loyal Anker/Eufy customer.

***DO NOT BUY if your house is cluttered***
The 30c Eufy Robovac struggles a lot to find its home base…BUT, it Does usually make it back home. For that, i am very happy. Many times i am watching tv in the livingroom with my girlfriend and the robovac is trying to locate its charging base. It will often be within 10ft like in a hallway adjacent to the livingroom, but unable to work its way home from there without turning around and backtracking back into the kitchen for several minutes first. Place the charging base in the center of your house so that the farthest distances from the charging doc are minimized.
My situation:
The most expensive vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased was around $80. Robotic vacuums always seemed like a luxury/ needless expense. However, as i have less and less time and removed most of the carpet in my house and replaced it with hard floors like wood, plank vinyl, and porcelain tile. I wanted something to capture the dust and small pieces of dirt on the floors if i were to continue walking barefoot. That’s when i began considering a robotic vacuum.
I shopped around for about 3wks. I read and watched reviews and opinions on which one was best performing for certain types of flooring (carpeted vs hard flooring), best value, most reliable, internet connected, etc. The Eufy 30c was the one I selected even compared to iRobot, Samsung Powerbot, LG (loved the red color though), Neato Botvac D7 ($699), ILIFE A4s ($149), Shark Ion ($300 but bad reviews), Ecovac Deebot (this would have been my second choice because it was only $199 and had wifi+app, Purelife, and Xiaomi.
Why i chose Eufy 30c.
– meets my needs of hard floors and medium pile carpet. It has brushes and squeegee like flaps built into its roller brush similar to other higher end vacuums.
– Has wifi+app. I really wanted this feature, otherwise i might have gone with the Eufy 30 for only $230 with coupon at the time of purchase.
– Has edge cleaning function, can boost its suction when it senses carpet.
– long battery life to cover my entire 1530 sq ft single level house. My house is in the shape of the capital letter “T”.
– Fit my budget. I could not afford the Irobot 970 or Neato D7. I also discovered that mapping out my house was not necessary to get clean floors. The random pattern does indeed work fine, it just takes longer.
Cons:
-Doesn’t map out your floor, cleans in a random pattern.
-EufyHome App schedule feature only allows you to schedule once per day, but that hasn’t proven to be a problem for me as 1 cleaning per day has given me clean floors.
-Struggled to return home. This is the most annoying issue. It only successfully returns home about 25% of the time, but that is likely because the charging doc is located in a big open livingroom on the other end of the house. So most times when the battery is low and it wants to return home, it is so far from the charging doc that it just cannot locate it.
Typical behavior if the robovac: drives around for 30 minutes searching for its charging doc, gets about 1 room away from it, then goes farther away into the back of the house again. It always seems to follow edges or walls as an attempt at increasing its odds of getting close enough to the doc to recognize the signal it outputs.
I thought the doc and the robovac used wifi at the same time to talk to each other, but that doesn’t seem to be true.
Pros:
– wifi+app control with scheduling and other cleaning features. Locating function was useful when the robot became stuck on a cable underneath my tv stand with only 3″ of clearance. That app tells the robot to make a series of beeps to help you locate it.
– easy to share control of the robot to other smartphones via email invite. My girlfriend has iOS and i have Andriod.
– quiet operation, still loud enough to wake you in the morning if it sneaks into your room while you are sleeping, but overall quiet compared to the competition out there (you can watch YouTube videos of the other vacuums i mentioned above. Some sound as loud as a traditional upright vacuum cleaner).
– HEPA filter. I have allergies, this was a plus but not a requirement for me.
– easy to clean. There is a tool provided to remove the hair from the roller brush. The air filtration system is 3 stages. Mesh, foam sponge, then MERV12 HEPA filter. This was all easy to clean and let dry over a register vent. FYI, you cannot wash HEPA filters like the one included in this unit; buy replacements.
– does a good job of getting itself out of situations that i thought for sure would leave the little robot stuck. Good programming and routines for handling different situations. I was impressed while watching it unstuck itself from larger cables and odd situations. Only one was it stick on a thin usb charging cable i had plugged into a wall.
– I will admit i like not having to vacuum or sweep anymore. This turned out to save money on buying Swiffer dry cloth pads. But i’m sure the cost in electricity and wearable components will negate those savings.
CONCLUSION:
-Has many functions and features that more expensive models have. Seemed like the best value at time of purchase.
– Majority of reviews reflected a good quality product that was reliable and durable in comparison to other brands.
– product cleans edges and corners as advertised and expected.
– app functions, but you must use ONLY 2.4g signal when connecting app to robot. Do not use 5g.
-Without a doubt, this is not a necessary tool. However, it became a valuable investment as i got older and found my life transitioning from having a lot of time and little money to a lot of money and little time. Therefore, this did not feel like a frivolous purchase to me. I can now walk barefoot in my house and forget about sweeping. I still mop once per week with swiffer wet cloths.
Pro tips:
1. Using a hot glue gun, you can cut pieces of the magnetic tape and attach them to objects that eufy gets stuck on. I did this for our kitchen table feet, the two chairs in our livingroom on the ends of our couch that have five legs that are only 1.5″ off the ground to allow the chairs to spin. Otherwise eufy can waste 5 minutes or more trying to get unstuck, thinking it is not stuck but repeating the same dumb motion, or getting stuck completely and needing your assistance.
Michael Risso –
Let me start by saying I like the way it cleans and picks up all Sorts of dust and hair, powerful and finds its way home every time. The customer support is great. I bought the product last week and downloaded the app on my iphone 8s, all up to date current system. I attempted at least 10 times to connect to the app, zero luck everytime. I updated the firmware on my router, renamed the 2.4HZ and gave it a different password, this did not work. Rebooted everything did not work. Called Tech support, they could not figure it out. It must be a defective Unit? I just received the new unit, same exact problem. Eufy App is usle less on an Iphone, its in desperate need of updating. When I kept reading about the ALEXA compatibility it made me wonder if this was geared towards Droid Phones, I would say yes.
Ben –
The media could not be loaded.
Pros:
1) price for quality is stellar
2) easy to connect to wifi, Alexa and the app
3) great suction for a robotic vacuum
4) picks up a lot of dust, however, small deposit bin and filter fill up quickly. (minor trade off for the thinness and size I’m assuming)
5) super quiet – quietest vacuum I’ve ever owned (pretty sure Consumer Reports has rated this the quietest robotic vacuum
6) thin enough to clean under most counters
7) ability to maneuver its way off of a moderate lip, ie: the base of a recliner
8) has an sensor that keeps it from falling down stairs
Cons:
1) no interchangeable battery option
2) struggles to find the charger if it’s in another room other than the charging base. If far enough away, the battery sometimes doesn’t have enough charge to get it to the charging base before it dies. Seems like it uses its ‘edge finding mode” to make its way back. (hopefully this could be fixed using an algorithm that would utilize its 9 sensors and somehow utilize its wifi chip by somehow backtracking its original route by storing its movements in the cloud) *maybe an easier suggestion would be to update the app to give you an option of how much time you’d like to give the vacuum to find its way home when it senses the battery getting low
3) no “Smart mapping” technology, which will hopefully be included in the next version with a cheap GPS chip (again this isn’t the top of the line robovac so there’s trade-offs)
4) no option to set the length of time you want it to run a desired cycle, besides the 30 minute quick clean (this seems like a feature they could just include into the next app update)
5) can’t program it for more than once a day and can’t add which cleaning mode you’d like in that cycle (it defaults to the last mode used)
6) battery indicator on the app doesn’t provide a percentage or indicate an estimated charge time, only a basic battery indicator bar
7) no quick charge feature
8) no indication if the sensors on the front or bottom of the vacuum need to be cleaned
Overall, I definitely recommend this vacuum, especially if it’s your first robotic vacuum. For the price point you can’t beat it.

I have an older iRobot Roomba, and now got the Euffy. It may not be the best comparison as iRobot must have upgraded its versions, but it is a baseline.
Euffy is better at:
– Noise: Roomba is extremely loud, which makes it hard to work while it is operating. It should not be a big deal if you leave it while you go out for work
– Battery Life: much better than Roomba, even though Roomba was perfectly fine for my 2 bedroom apt.
– Unlike Roomba, it is smater to not hit objects and does not get stuck so often
– Scheduling is very easy, all done through an app, and you dont have to worry about setting the clock when the unit runs out of battery
– Price tag – Euffy costs almost half of the good Roomba versions
Euffy is worse at:
– Unit Cleaning – To me, its worse downside – it uses brushes, which heavily accrues pet and human hair. If I don’t clean the brushes, it spreads pet hair around, instead of cleaning. Roomba’s system is way smarter, and uses rubbers instead of brushes
– Vacuum Power – my Roomba is way more powerful, and sucks about 2x more dust and pet hair
– Does not say when it’s full – unlike Roomba, there is no indication that it is full. Although, because the bin compartment is small, it gets full every day
Overall, Euffy gets the job done, but cleaning the unit is a burden.
[UPDATE] I am upgrading from 3 to 4 stars for Euffy’ support reached out and kindly sent me a spare dust and brush to help cleaning every day. Unfortunately, it does not help with the fact that the brush design makes it hard to clean pet hair, but the support is definitely an upside and deserves confidence.

I had just installed new hardwood floors in our living room and dining room. My wife and I decided to try a RoboVac for the first time to keep them clean. I went to Consumer Reports to get educated on them. (Glad I did). The Eufy model was rated excellent for hardwood floors and had the smallest footprint and was one of the quietest models. Went to Amazon and found it to be on sale and very reasonably priced compared to other models. Bought it, set it up, (which was a breeze) and gave it a try. We charged it overnight and set up a few magnetic strips that came in the package. Did I mention that setup is very easy! Pressed Auto and watched it run around the house. It does run around randomly at first but you can see it is learning the layout of the rooms. It even went under our couch which is only 3 inches off the floor! It is amazingly quiet and ran for 1 hour and 50 minutes with a full charge. (I timed it). When it ran low on charge, it returned to the base on its own to recharge. Now the moment of truth…….we opened the dirt container to empty it……WOW!!!…….this thing picked up so much dust and dog hair we couldn’t believe our eyes!! We have run it very other night since then and it continues to amaze with the amount of dog hair it picks up. Best purchase we have made in along time. Worth every penny. I have now put the app on my phone and connected it to “Alexa”. Just ask “Alexa ” to start the RoboVac and she does. I highly recommend this vac.

I LOVE my Eufy. I have the 30C and I can say it’s worth it to get the model with the app. It makes things much more user friendly. I also have a Roomba 960 and I ended up leaving the Roomba at the vacation house and keeping the Eufy workhorse for my home. The lower, sleek design allows the Eufy to get underneath low things without getting stuck very often. The bin appears to be the same size as the Roomba 960, but it holds a TON more. For some reason, this little thing goes and goes and fills up 3x the amount of dirt. Cleaning is a breeze. Super user friendly. The app is improving all the time, and it’s really quite nice. I’d say that this is the ONLY place where the Roomba has a slight edge. Their app is more flashy, and it shows you where the unit has vacuumed, but in the big picture this is the only thing. I have to basically supervise the Roomba from getting stuck, full bin etc., while the Eufy is almost completely self-sufficient. Battery life is excellent. Really, the very best thing about the Eufy though, is the customer service. I mean, this is the BEST customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I had some issues in the beginning and they made absolutely certain that I ended up a satisfied customer. You will not be sorry if you choose this little cutie. It’s a tiger. And I am NOTE being paid, nor am I connected with anyone at the company. Just being honest.

We’ve tried Roombas in the past and had to return two different models because they either weren’t cleaning well enough, got stuck, or some mechanical part was having issues. I once again considered a Roomba, but it seemed like the only one worth doing was the 960 or the brand new model, both of which were incredibly expensive! On top of that, their customer service wasn’t ideal, and it seemed like a risky investment.
This Eufy model has exceeded all expectations thus far! We have four dogs and two cats with a combination of hard wood and tile flooring. It’s very quiet, delicately weaves through dining room chairs to get any dog hair and dirt, and senses the stairs that lead down into the living room. It got stuck twice by one of the doorways, but today it was able to work through the problem and unstick itself – very exciting! The floors haven’t been swept in 3 days and they look pretty darn good with just the Roomba doing the work. I was a little apprehensive that the robot doesn’t have a mapping system like the roomba, but it manages to cover the house in an orderly fashion. I’ll also add that it is very attentive to the edges and corners! Lastly, what really made me take the leap on this Eufy model was that their customer service appears to be awesome! If you read any of the negative reviews, Eufy quickly responds to help resolve the issue. There aren’t many companies with that level of attentiveness and willingness to stand behind their product.

I LOVE the robovac series! All the hype is extraordinarily valid!
Plus, the Eufy / Anker customer service team will always keep me coming back! They NEVER try to up-sell you and are beyond helpful as well as delightful people.
I have had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Customer Service agents Christian & Ashley. They are a prime example of true customer service and assets to their company! Let’s face it, customer service is a dying art but Christian & Ashley have completely restored my faith.
Thank you sincerely for such a quality product and painless worry-free customer service experience!

I did plenty of research before ordering the Eufy 30C. It was important that the vacuum I buy have plenty of power,be quiet, a large dust bin and enough battery to get the job done. My Eufy patrols daily across 1400 sqft of wood look tile with several rugs, and has been let into the carpeted bedroom (supervised due to numerous wires). We are a family of 4 plus a dog and cat.
The day before its first run, I swept and mopped the floors, to give it a fresh start, and after an easy set up process, set it to work. It ran around doing its thing for about 95 minutes before it decided to head back to its charging station. It didn’t make it home, so I gave it a hand and wondered if this would be a daily problem. I have never had to help it home again, it seems to have figured things out on it’s own. When I emptied the bin I was a little shocked by how much hair and dust it had picked up. Its low profile had allowed it to go under furniture that otherwise gets missed during my sweeping.
Since the first day, I have learned a few things: it doesn’t like bathroom rugs or decorative throws with tassles. It has plenty of power, I love being able to have it run on a schedule through the app, and for the price, it’s an absolute bargin. This has to be the quietest robo vacuum on the market. If it stumbles into the room when we’re watching TV, we don’t even have to turn up the volume. Right now, I know its in the next room, but I can barely hear it. The dust bin gets about 1/2 full after its daily jaunt, but emptying it has become part of our daily routine.
After the first week, I give this little vacuum a big thumbs up. It’s not the smartest (no mapping), but it gets the job done remarkably well. It lightly taps obstacles, before changing course, and keeps going for a full 90 to 110 minutes.
UPDATE: 2 months later and we still love it. The magnetic strips aren’t really very functional…..maybe I had them upside down, but still an awesome product….love it , love it, love it
Update: 4 months of ownership. So I felt like the suction wasn’t what it was, and replaced the filters and brushes. After this had limited effect, I contacted Eufy and explained my problem. The emails I sent were received professionally and responded to promptly, and after figuring out what the problem was, they sent me the replacement part at no cost to me, and then sent an additional piece if the problem ever happened again.
I really couldn’t be happier at this point. The vacuum has saved me countless hours of cleaning and the after sales service has been…. well perfect. The only change I’d make is buying it earlier.
Update: 1 year of ownership. Eufy now only cleans for about 65 to 70 minutes at a time, guess that’s to be expected. But, almost a year to the date after I bought it it starting having problems. It would be on the charger and then emit trouble beeps. According to the beeping codes, the roller brush was stuck. I checked it and the roller brush was fine. After internet digging, other people were having the same problem….the solution, a new battery. So, $30 later it’s as good as new, scooting around the floor for 90 to 100 minutes at a time, cleaning up after the cat, dog and kids. Honestly, a new battery once a year for an item that runs everyday, rain or shine….I’d still do it all over again!

You guys, this product is amazing! For all you pet owners out there, I have 4 CATS AND A DOG. The Eufy does a daily run through the house and picks up all the timblefloof hair in its path. It navigates over area rugs and hardwood floors with no problem. Cleaning is super easy and intuitive.
Here’s one thing to know for you pet owners: You’re probably asking, does it REALLY pick up all that fur? Yes, it does. However, I do clean my Eufy almost daily because well, I have 4 cats and a dog! Here’s the honest information for those of you out there wondering if the Eufy is right for you. Three of my cats are BIG lads, part Maine Coons in fact. That means they are upwards of 20 pounds and have very long hair, so they shed. So much. Hair! My dog is a cocker spaniel/golden retriever mix. He has this “underfur” that is simply everywhere. We have a lot of hair all over the house.
The Eufy is an absolute life saver but I do clean it pretty much every day because it can only hold so much hair, litter and cat food pebbles at a time. So long as it is clean, it can get everything in its path, no problem. And yes, it DOES get the littler that my cats have tracked outside of their boxes too! I don’t even have to do the boost thing either.
So if you have a lot of animals like we do, this machine will work great for you. But be prepared to take care of it, and it will take care of you. For me, I’d rather clean my Eufy daily than vacuum my house. It only take a few minutes, so it is not really a big deal. As I said, cleaning is intuitive and easy. I hope you have the same success as I did.
