There are 4 tips to help you better use S6P cordless vacuum cleaner:
1. Please empty the trash in the dust cup after cleaning, and make sure the amount of garbage not over 80% of the dust cup.Over garbage will block the vents and causing the suction to decay rapidly.
2. The S6P Pro vacuum is equipped with 2 batteries. The using time can up to 80 mins. Working time of each battery: 12~20 minutes on the max mode, and 35~45 minutes on the standard mode. The using time of the battery is different in various situations. When you use it to clean some large-size debris or particles, it might decrease the using time because of the heavy cleaning task.
3. Please do check whether the tube is blocked and the floor brush is tangled with hairs. These may cause the power of suction to be weakened or stop working.
4. Clean the filter-Please clean your HEPA filter with cleaning gadget, wash the mesh filter and stainless steel strainer with cold water regularly. We kindly recommend exchanging the filter every 3 months according to your use frequency.

I am a tiny 73 year old woman who is quite obsessed with cleaning. I have 3 long haired cats and this vacuum makes my life so much easier for every day cleaning. It picks up cat hair, cat litter, dust and crumbs very well. Works great on my hardwood floors and my 8’X10′ area rug. Easy to operate and goes under beds and other furniture without any hassles. Very easy to empty the dust bin and clean the filters I’m relieved not to have to drag around my heavy Electrolux canister vacuum on a daily basis. When I first got this vacuum I thought I would only have to use my Electrolux once a week, but it has been over 3 weeks and I have not needed to do so. I owned a Dyson V8 cordless stick vacuum a few years ago which I had to return 3 times while it was still under warranty because each stopped working after about 3 months. The suction power on this INSE S6P is equal to that of the Dyson. I ordered the INSE S6P with an extra battery so I always have one ready to use if needed. I highly recommend this vacuum. As an added bonus, customer service is excellent. Don’t hesitate to buy this wonderful vacuum.

I love this vacuum. It’s my 2nd cordless vacuum and this vacuum is as good as any upright vacuum. The suction power is great on carpet, on floors, & going from floor to carpet. I love how easy it is to maneuver. I live in my Class A Motorhome, so that’s impressive. Plus emptying it is a breeze & a clean process. Just hold it over a garbage can, press the button, & lift the latch.

This is my second cordless vacuum, but the first stick vacuum. I wasn’t sure if I would like the stick format, but I wanted a model that came with two batteries so decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did! The suction is far greater than my old upright. But what I like even more about is it’s portability. There’s so many ways to configure it. As a hand-held it’s far superior to the the one I had. Also makes a great car-vac. So, this one machine takes the place of 3 separate machines. Super easy to use. The head has such a low profile it fits underneath nearly every piece of furniture in my house. Very easy to maneuver, so I can get to places that used to be beyond my reach. With the handheld and attachment I was able to easily dust my ceiling fans. I live in the south, and have 7 ceiling fans in my house so that’s a huge perk for me. And the icing on the cake is the 2 batteries. I always have a freshly charged battery ready so never run out of battery power. I highly recommend this vacuum. Best, most useful, vacuum I’ve ever had.

I bought the INSE S6P based on price comparison shopping, available and supplied attachments, balance and weight and batteries. My intent was to use the INSE as a pet hair vacuum primarily. The available flexible hose helps a lot.
I did buy a coupler, for 5$, that also allows me to use some of my old Dyson Animal floor vac attachments that the INSE doesn’t provide.
The INSE had 2 batteries as did the Dyson V11 Outsize, but the Dyson was 3 times the price and very heavy on an older persons wrists for extended vacuuming. After buying the INSE, I was concerned about availability & support for the 2 types of filters that are used in it. I contacted their customer support and inquired on how I could get the two filters (see photos). I was totally surprised when customer support asked for my address and in a weeks time, the two types of filters arrived – today.
This is GREAT customer support!
Now, they need to be made available on Amazon as well. My hope is that the INSE S6P will be long supported vacuum by INSE and Amazon.

I was hesitant of purchasing this sweeper, but I am thoroughly amazed at the quality and function of the INSE S6!!! It has a variety of attachments and can convert into a handheld quite easily!! All of my wishes for a cordless vacuum is all are in this sweeper! It maneuvers around and under furniture easily and is light weight, also with powerful suction ability along with lights to see while sweeping in dark areas! It can literally clean from the floor to ceiling using the array of simple attachments that are included.

This is a review of INSE S6P with two battery packs; for a longer cleaning-chore. All the attachments work well, as advertised. The items came well packed. the Instructions are clear. Hopefully, the inner HEPA filters can be bought easily online. The two-speed suction is powerful enough for any household cleaning including mid-pile and low-pile carpets, baseboards and computer keyboards and car interiors, and so on. Makes a wife happy. This item is what every senior also should own and use because of it’s versatile features!

I almost didn’t buy this vacuum due to the negative reviews, but I’m glad I did! Not sure what those reviewers were talking about because this vacuum does all I wanted and more. I wanted a vacuum that would replace my broom and dustpan to save time with mild to moderate dust and dirt, pet hair and leaves and such that get tracked in on a daily basis. This does the job for all of that! Just for fun I tried it on the cat litter around the cat box and it got it no problem-and on the lower setting at that. It begins to lose suction when the canister gets full or the roller gets full of hair but is that not to be expected? Simply dump the canister and unclog the roller and it is on its way once again. Also, because of the reviews I expected the battery to die after only a few minutes but it lasted long enough to vacuum my entire house and still had a full bar left. Overall I feel like the negative reviewers were expecting something that this vacuum is not. It is meant to vacuum tile or hardwood – not carpet! That being said though, this one can do a great job on low pile carpet too. Far surpasses my expectations!

My husband told me NO MORE VACUUMS! But, I couldn’t resist because it’s really hard for me to vacuum due to my disability and this vacuum promised to be easy to use, easy to maneuver, and the other ones I’ve purchased over the past year or two have broken easily. This one does have a couple problems… it’s NOT meant for heavy-duty things. It’s also easily clogged with a lot of hairballs that our pets leave behind… HOWEVER, it is really EASY to clear and EASY to clean out, fix up and keep on moving! Our robot vacuum can only do so much and I simply cannot lift a heavy thing around the house.
This is SO light! It’s also really powerful suction… so it got SO much hair on the stairs. OMG it was gross to realize the other vacuum was missing so much, nasty. Then… it stopped working. I was so pissed. Then realized it was just jammed with pet hair… just from the STAIRS ewww… I was able to clear out the tube and away we went!
It’s small and mighty, it’s amazing how much we’ve vacuumed up in a few days – every day we get more. I’m glad we have the extra battery pack 🙂

Love this vacuum. It does a great job and is very light-weight. I used to have a Shark that I liked a lot, but I wanted something where I wasn’t tripping over the cord a lot.
After reading a million reviews on various products, I decided on this one, in part because it came with two batteries. I figured I could always have a fully-charged battery as a backup.
To be honest, I have not used all the accessories yet. I pretty much use the regular floor roller, the extender and the vacuum unit itself, and that’s about all I’ve needed so far. At the same time I picked up a robot (roomba-type) vacuum that I decided I would use on the main floor in the primary living space… and this unit would be for the other areas of the house and “touch-up” from the roomba.
So far I have been VERY happy with this. In “regular” mode it does a surprisingly great job. I rarely need the “boost” mode… but once in awhile that’s handy to have too.
Again, I am VERY happy with this unit, but I do have a couple of very small caveats / cons:
1) My old Shark worked well backward and forward. I notice that while this vacuum does great going forward, it does not do well going backward (I mean with the floor roller) (it just kind of pushes the dust or stuff along backward with it)
2) I’ve had this for a couple of weeks, and twice so far some piece of something (my bird’s food, which is roughly the size of a peanut M&M) got stuck up near the filter and I had to use LONG tweezers to free it. Not the end of the world, but be prepared with some long-nose pliers or tweezers or something if it happens to you.

I have two dogs, both are short haired dogs (Pit & Doberman) and both shed all over the place, every. single. day… So, I need a stick vacuum that’ll live up to my standards. lol. I’ve had a Dyson for approx. 1 year and I can no longer handle the 6 minute battery life….no joke..smh
Here’s what I’ve found so far with this stick.
1. Suction is good, but not superb.
2. I use this vacuum on wood tile floors and area rugs only. I do not recommend this for carpet. It doesn’t have the suction power for carpet and the vacuum head is super light and doesn’t feel like it’s sturdy on carpet, if that makes any sense. It’s all over the place, but getting nowhere……hard to explain, but feels like the head is too light to stay put on the rug.
3. The BIGGEST ISSUE I’ve had with this stick is the vacuum shaft gets plugged up easily, and by the time you realize that it’s clogged, you’ve vacuumed most of the area you want to vacuum and you have to redo it. This has happened to me every single time I’ve used it (about 20 times).
I’ve seen poor reviews on it stating the vacuum just sprays out what it was supposed to suck up, well, that’s true. It’ll do that if it’s clogged, but it’s an easy fix which, to me, doesn’t warrant a bad review, IMO.
The clog is usually in the middle where the telescoping shaft meets and sometimes it clogs up at the end, near the brush (see photos).
4. I’m loving the TWO batteries. It makes my life much easier when I don’t have to stop in the middle of cleaning and let the battery charge for 3 hours :/ and I’m not zipping through the house trying to get it all done in SIX minutes…..thanks, dyson.
5. The small attachment works really good on my stairs. I use the straight attachment for the corners and bends, and the small attachment for the steps.(photos)
Overall, I’m NOT disappointed in buying it, as I know there isn’t a perfect product.
I hope this review helps. I use this thing every single day, twice or three times, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask !

Buy it!! I looked at a million cordless vacuums I just could not bring myself to buy a Dyson. I researched and read every review on here. I have a Hoover I got on sale but the battery life sucked and another battery was stupid expensive. This one popped up one day and I am glad it did! The fuzzy brush is amazing for hardwood! The battery life is better than most and you get an extra one! I love the fact it is adjustable being that I’m short. I am very pleased with this product considering it was under $200.

We have two young Spaniels that love the outdoors and bring a portion back inside with them many times throughout the day. The vacuum handles the dirt, debris, and hair amazingly well on the low setting with the soft roller. The low setting allows the battery to last a long time. We have quite a bit of tile and hardwood floors. I have been able to vacuum everything on low setting twice on one charge. I don’t use it on carpeting so I don’t know how long the battery would last. I use the higher power setting sometimes as needed. FYI – It is better to use the side of vac along the baseboard rather than the front of the vac to get the dirt by the wall.
This is my first battery powered stick vac. I’m not used to the weight by my hand, but its not heavy. My old stick left behind so much dirt I felt the floor was never clean. Same with a broom. Finally, i don’t feel like I have to vacuum daily. Very happy I bought this instead of other similar products. Very easy to empty and change attachments.

We have been using our old faithful Shark navigator vacuum for years and it finally died on us. It was always annoying pushing this heavy thing around with the cord and I have to keep unplugging to get around our whole house and we have multiple flights of carpeted stairs so with this bulky heavy vacuum it has been a challenge. So much so, I honestly have always hated vacuuming and avoided it….so with my old vacuum dead we were back to square one doing thorough research of vacuums and found this cordless vacuum by INSE….Where has this vacuum been my whole life??!! It made the quality of my life so much easier, it’s super light and easy to maneuver around the house. I can easily go as far as I want throughout the house without a cord tangling up or limiting me, PLUS I can vacuum my stairs easily, literally no sweating anymore!! And the best thing yet….MY 3 KIDS FIGHT OVER WHO GETS TO VACUUM!!! Never in my life have I EVER thought I’d have my kids eager to vacuum everyday!! They love the way it maneuvers and it’s actually therapeutic for them (never have I EVER thought I’d say this!!) Even my 5 year old is now able to help me vacuum and he never complains- he asks when he can vacuum for me before I get a chance to ask him!
The suction power is great, and easy to empty and store away. I purposefully got this one that has accessory attachments to use for the car, and get hard to reach places. Plus, I knew splurging a little more for a 2nd battery would be handy since I will never have to worry about the battery dying. Honestly because it’s so easy to maneuver it makes the vacuuming the house so quick I only need to charge every other day. (Since we vacuum on the daily now, woohooo!!!). Do yourself a favor, and get this vacuum!! You’ll thank yourself!!
***UPDATE 6/8/21****
The metal connector inside my vacuum came loose. Thankfully this product comes with a 12month warranty, so I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped me a replacement with prime shipping free of charge. I was very pleased with the customer service, and happy to have a working vacuum again! I still love my vacuum and highly recommend this product!!

I received a vacuum with an issue, it happens unfortunately to any product. I contacted Amazon, they were great and I started the return process. I decided to contact the customer service dept at Inse, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They immediately started working with me and replaced the vacuum quickly. The process was very easy, I received email updates, the new unit was shipped and received promptly, and the representative Sandy had an unusually kind manner.
The vacuum is lightweight but has a great deal of power. I’m not young and quick so it takes me awhile to complete tasks. This battery charges quickly but especially for slower people my age I recommend having the second battery charged and ready.
Over all I truly recommend this great vacuum and the company that sells it.

A couple of caveats: we are 2 elderly people with no pets; we have only hardwood floors except for travertine in the bathrooms; our house is one story, 1800 sq. feet.
I wanted a cordless vacuum because I was tired of tripping over a cord-and our 14 yo upright was falling apart. I ordered the model with a backup battery because I didn’t want to be cut short on a day when company was coming and I only had 1/4 battery left. (Well, yes, I wouldn’t win any awards for housekeeping-especially now.)
I’ve had this now for a couple of months and I’m still thrilled. It is perfect for what we need (see above). It picks up the crumbs routinely dropped while eating crackers in the evening. It sucks up all the dust created in our climate-but the super light in front of the “sucker upper” is disconcerting because it shows more than one thought was there. The “sucker upper” swivels very nicely to get into hard-to-reach places. And it slips under furniture. Oh, and I like that it comes with attachments, even if they need to be carried around separately.
It’s easy to empty the canister when I remember how the door swings. And the filter components are easy to clean and put back together-a big deal when you’re old.
So, now we just wait to see if it remains reliable. So far I’ve been beyond pleased. Under our circumstances, it has been exemplary.

We have a corded stick that does okay but it’s so inconvenient moving around so I decided to look for a cordless stick. I checked a Shark but was disappointed with specs so then I called Dyson and was recommended a V11. After debating with the price, I found this INSE S6P with dual batteries and it’s a no brainer. It’s less than half the price of the Dyson and longer run time so I ordered it. As soon as we received it I let my wife try it. Oh wow it actually still got some dirt from what was just vacuumed! In fact it was vacuuming the carpet from the hard floor without even switching brushes and after the laminate floor on the kitchen and part of the living room carpet using max power, it hardly took any charge on the first battery. It’s also very easy to switch from standard to max power just using the trigger. I fully recommended this vacuum and I won’t hesitate to buy it again!

** Updated review: I needed to order a new crevice tool, the puppy got ahold of it and he is a power chewer! Overall experience with this product and their customer service is outstanding.
This is amazing on my wood floors. Living out in the country with indoor/out door pets, vacuuming is daily in my home, I can do my whole house on one battery charge. Our farmhouse has lots of nooks and cranny’s, so am switching between the floor and crevice attachments per room, cordless was high on my list when looking for a vac. The head on the vacuum is the perfect size to get under furniture and kick plates under kitchen cabinets.

I bought this vacuum cleaner because a couple of months ago I had back surgery and I needed something light to carry around to clean the carpeted rooms (many) in our place. The weight of the item and the fact that it comes with 2 batteries and a lot of accessories, and the affordable price compared to other items similar, made me go for the INSE S6P cordless vacuum. This machine does the job of keeping our spaces clean without requiring a painful and truly dangerous effort on my side. It comes with a lot of accessories which I have been using for different areas of the house and for cleaning the car. I tend to lose a lot of hair (always have) so I have to clean the rollers from tangled hair every time I use a vacuum cleaner; this unit came with a very handy tool for it, and it is quite easy to clean. I do recommend checking and cleaning the tubes after cleaning a heavily dirty area, as it has clogged once (the area vacuumed had paper and hay) and I almost returned it because it stopped working even though the batteries were fully charged. Overall a good product so far. I would recommend it.

This has been a great investment. We vacuum our house (80% carpet) weekly but with the bulky shark vacuum, it is difficult to clean the kitchen/dining area and bathroom floors on a regular basis. With a toddler running around, the carpet also needs touch up every few days. So decided to get a cordless vacuum for daily use. After researching and going through a lot of reviews, we chose the INSE S6P. The suction is great. I don’t know the more expensive brands would add to the power or not, but this is perfect for tile flooring and occasional cleaning of high pile carpet. We did buy the extra battery package but haven’t had to use the 2nd battery yet. 1 battery lasts more than our required use. I wish I had gotten it sooner. Its been 3 weeks of using this and my kitchen floor couldn’t be cleaner.

I bought this for our RV. I wanted something I could hang on the wall. Lots of sand and dust gets inside an RV, This does the job. I can vacuum the entire RV and the tow vehicle and the battery still indicates almost full. Do I have to change accessories? Yes , but isn’t that what they are for? The floor brush does not do the edges, but the crevice tool does. ETC. I would suggest that the filters need to be cleaned after Every use. I was surprised by the amount of fine dust this had picked up, which then sticks to the filter. With out cleaning, that would obviously cut down on suction. I had a corded vac for the RV and I do not recall it trapping the fine dust the way this one does. Plus it was too much effort to clean the car or truck with it. This is the first battery vacume I have owned and I am very pleased.; ADDENDUM; I have now used this for several months. The more I use it the more impressed I am with it. I empty the bin every time I use it. I have found that with the tornado spiral filtering, similar to what the expensive vacume advertises, The filters seldom get clogged. However, if you let the bin get too full it is not very difficult to clean the filters with the supplied brush that comes with this unit. Emptying the bin can be done inside over a container but I would recommend cleaning the filters out side. Preferably when there is a breeze blowing away from you. I bought extra filters but I don’t think I will need them for a long time. I use this exclusively for the RV , car and Truck. “”Maybe”” a dyson works better, but for twice the money , I doubt it works twice as “Better” !

We bought our INSE vacuum to replace our Dyson V8 Animal, which would continually get clogged up and not seem to hold a charge. We thought the issue with our Dyson might be with its battery. However, we continued to have the same issues even after buying a replacement battery. We were thus excited to read the positive reviews about the INSE vacuum and anxious to give it a shot.
In short, we actually like the INSE vacuum a bit better than the Dyson so far, despite it being a MUCH less expensive vacuum. A couple of points of comparison between the two are worth highlighting. The Dyson is heavier, and presumably made of higher grade materials, and it has slightly better suction power than the INSE. That being said, the INSE is no slouch in terms of either its build quality (it feels quite solid) or suction power (it picks up our golden retriever’s hair and other crumbs on the floor with a breeze, and in a single pass).
I also really enjoy its lighter weight, better comfort (the Dyson was uncomfortable on my knuckle), and superior maneuverability over the Dyson. The INSE also has a light on the front of it that my Dyson did not have, which is another plus. Finally, the INSE also has the nice advantage of coming with a spare batter pack, making it easy to switch things out and keep going when one of the batteries dies.
All-in-all, for the price, you can’t go wrong for a vacuum that allows you to quickly and conveniently zip through the house and get all the visible crumbs/hair/dust off the floors in no time at all. We’ve had our INSE vacuum for a couple of months now and haven’t had a single issue.

I live in a moderate-sized (for NYC) apartment. I had a Mighty-Mite, which was wearing out and I wanted to get a vacuum cleaner that would be much easier stored and less cumbersome to use. I researched several cordless vacuum cleaners. The INSE S6P stood out from the pack (here on Amazon) and I decided to give it a try. It arrived fairly quickly and it was easy to unpack and very easy to assemble. But, how would it perform? I have two cats, one which sheds quite a bit and I live facing a busy street so dust and cat hair are an issue. I charged the batteries (it came with two and I purchased a third) and then began to vacuum. It took me several tries to get used to a cordless vacuum and to the design and feel of the INSE S6P. At first, I thought it wasn’t really cleaning very well. I used one battery to clean the two area rugs I have in my dining and living rooms (all my floors are wooden). Then, following the maintenance instructions, I opened the canister to empty and clean the filter and cup. That’s when I saw just how powerful this vacuum cleaner is! It had sucked up a fair amount of cat hair and dirt. I cleaned the filters, put it back together and went back to vacuuming. I went through one battery to clean the area rugs mentioned plus the ones in my bedroom. Then, I used the second battery to clean the bare wooden floors and the bathroom and kitchen floors. Again, I stopped a couple of times to clean the filters and cup and was amazed at how much hair and dirt the INSE S6P picked up. I exhausted the second battery (running on high speed for both). Then, I locked in the third battery to do a “once over” follow-up. In all instances, this small, unassuming machine picked up so much hair and dirt that I couldn’t stop being amazed. I have used the INSE S6P many times since I purchased it and it continues to be an amazing vacuum. I am very, very pleased with this purchase.

I have bought handheld battery operated vacuums for years, and this is exponentially better than any of its predecessors. I have used it almost daily the past three months and highly recommend it.
Good stuff:
1. Comes with an extra battery, and each charge lasts a long time (the claimed amount of 80 minutes may in fact be true, although I have not timed it exactly). The battery can be charged off of the machine, so when the first one runs out, you can immediately reload the second one and continue work. No longer do I have a vacuum which runs out of juice in two minutes or less.
2. It comes with a bunch of attachments and works on smooth floors, furniture, carpet, car interiors, and you name it (as long as it is not used to suck up liquids).
3. The suction is excellent!
4. It is easy to clean out the bin.
5. You can use it as a small handheld vacuum or instead snap on rigid tubes to extend the length so that you can comfortably clean flooring. It also has a flexible hose attachment which makes it really easy to use inside your car and get into all the nooks and crannies.
Bad stuff:
1. It is not cheap. I paid $195 when it was on a sale. However, it is nonetheless definitely worth the money.
2. Having used it only for three months, I cannot attest to how reliable it will be long-term. However, I have no reason to think that it will not continue to do fine over time. If it were to fail prematurely, I will come back here and amend this review.
Even my wife loves it, and she has high standards for vacuum cleaners!
