This Lefant M210 has replaced an old Roomba 530. So far, I am very happy with it. Note that it has trouble with even small bumps (carpet transitions), so maybe best for hard floors. I also find the app cumbersome — it takes some exploring to find the scheduling feature and I still have not found the so-called mapping. But I really don’t care. I just use the included remote to tell it to go clean or to tell it to go back to the charger. Watching it try to find the charger is both entertaining and frustrating, but what do you want for a $100? Overall, would buy again.
Lastly, I only have one unit, but the app indicates that if you have more than 1, it will coordinate their activities, which is kinda neat.

I finally purchased this after weeks of debate about it and am so happy I got it! We have hard flooring through our house with an area rug in our family room. The product is absolutely perfect for hard flooring! You do have to be mindful that it doesn’t get too close to cords that may be at the floor, sometimes it gets stuck under my rocking recycler but it serves it’s purpose very well. I have it set up to automatically vacuum starting at 6:00 am and by the time I leave for work in the morning it is back on the docking station and my floors are clean for when I return home from work. It was super easy to set up and connect to WIFI. I totally recommend this product!

Too much technology? I followed all the steps, your Wi-Fi must be 2.4G and NOT 5G. I have 2.4G to my best knowledge, my router can do both. Anyways, instead of getting too frustrated, I tried live technical support through the app, didnt work.
The reason I gave 5 stars is that I’m using it manually without any program. I just press it ON and let it work for 45-60 minutes. I have several pets and the amount of dust and hair it collects is very impressive!!!

We have a German shepherd who sheds constantly! I can’t say that the Lefant picks up every hair, but has made a HUGE dent in the amount flying around every day. Frees up my cleaning time to focus on other things. Has some trouble with large spaces so I typically close him off in one room at a time and he does awesome! Highly recommend for pet hair.

Works as well as my old more expensive Roomba. Ran it in what appeared to be a fairly clean room and it picked up a lot of dust and other debris. I like the fact that it doesn’t have a beater brush to clean like the Roomba. Just the side sweepers. The only drawback would be that it doesn’t look like it would clean carpet or rugs as well as one with a beater. No big deal for us since we only have hard floors. It was a great deal for the promotional price of $110.

Update: Well, I got a new unit from the factory and let me tell you, there customer service is AMAZING!
I’ve been using this vacuum in a different area of my house and so far so good.
The Pros: The battery lasts forever it seems! It does two bedrooms, a walkin closet, a hallway, a landing and a bathroom before it goes back to the charger!
It goes back to the charger every time (I hope I didn’t just jinx that)! And this is after going from one bedroom, to the hallway, to another bedroom, to the hallway then landing then to a bathroom, then back to the hallway, to my bedroom and my walk in closet and then back to the charger. It’s amazing! Oh, did I mention that on the landing there is a cliff and stairs. It hasn’t fallen off once (again, I hope I didn’t just jinx that)! Update: I ran my Roomba in the same place and the Roomba got stuck on the ledge the first time out. Roomba 0 Lefant 1!
Super light and quiet
Its been picking stuff up better than the first unit I got, but its still missing the big stuff. I was kindly sent directions from CS on how to increase the suction, so I’m hoping that will cure it.
Its super gentle when it runs into things.
Stay tuned for an update after I figure out how to make the suction stronger and I give it the roomba3 test
The pros: super easy to set up, light, super quiet, didn’t get stuck on things other vacuums would.
The cons: I would say it picked up half the dirt and hair that my Rumba 960 does.
I would run this vacuum and then run my Rumba960 and my Rumba would collect a ton of dirt this guy missed. When I reversed that challenge, this vacuum would be empty. I think this might work better on hardwood floors as it had a suction hole on the bottom vs brushes. The price is great at $-123 but it doesn’t really work that well so….:-(
For – a couple hundred bucks more u can get the Rumba i3 which works just as good if not better than my Rumba960, which is what I ended up doing. The i3 was just as quiet as this guy and my floors are emasculate even with a Shiba Inu.

Installation is pretty easy. Suction power is good. It is really easy to control with your mobile app. The app has smart mode and charging mode. You just need to tap an option it will handle the rest of the cleaning and charging by itself. The design is modern, fit my lux apartment pretty good.

I live in a condo with about 435 sqft on the main level. I looked at other robot vacuums and thought spending $400 to $600 didn’t make sense for my space. The Lefant M210 is perfect. The price, performance and features fit me. I don’t need mapping technology for such a smaller space. I tested the M210… it got every inch of floor. Now, I’ll need to vacuum once a week with the big vacuum, but now I can do it less. I have a combination of Hardwood, low pile and a wool rug. All are handled well by the M210. I’m buying a second one for my upstairs.
The only thing I found is the base should be in a place that’s easily seen by the M210 or she’ll get lost. Don’t hide it thinking you’ll want it unseen.

It’s an awesome vacuum great buy at a low cost!!! Highly recommended
LMShopper –
It does a decent job with suction and going every where it needs to go before losing battery BUT I can’t let it run when I’m not home because it gets stuck under my recliner. You also need to make sure that all cords are off the floor because it will get twisted up in them.

Updated Review –
The vacuum did eventually connect to the app. Once that happened I was able to update it and everything was a lot smoother. It’s an excellent little machine. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it isn’t Roomba quality. For the price point though, it’s excellent. I may buy a second so I can release 2 at 1 time haha.
Original Review –
It’s a cute vacuum and works so far, but the remote control and app that goes with it are both useless. The app connected to the device but no readings come out. It’s all zeroed out. The vacuum will be running and the app will tell me it’s off, battery at 0% etc. The device does react to the remote, but it won’t do what you’re asking. I tried to send the device to it’s charger several times and it just wandered aimlessly.
It’s exactly what you would expect for the price. Don’t include bell and whistle features if they’re not going to work at all, ya know?

I was quite surprised at how well this ‘off brand’ robotic delivers. I liked my roomba 614 but it was incredibly inefficient because it didn’t map the room. It would just bump its way around. This is a serious upgrade.
I love that it comes with a proprietary remote in addition to a pretty well designed app. I’ve been using it for about a month and so far so good. Apparently there is a mop attachment also available.

I’ve had this vacuum for a few days now and have been putting it through it’s paces. So far, it’s been a wonder! Great suction, really cleans up dog hair and other small debris. I was surprised at just how well it worked and how quickly it would fill up the dust bin.
Now for the robot and automation score. Overall not so bad. Put it on auto and it’ll zip around randomly doing it’s thing. It does have an issue with actually finding another room, but that’s ok. I’ll just pick it up and move it to other rooms and set it off on its way again. Sometimes it seems to get itself going over and over the same general area, but eventually bumps into something and merrily putters off to a new area.
Bad stuff. It won’t find the charging base. Ever. It appears to be dependent on it seeing the infrared sensor in the base, and that’s just near impossible if it’s in another room. The poor thing will wander around aimlessly running it’s battery down trying to find the base. And it’s not vacuuming in that mode.
More bad stuff. The app sucks. Like is almost completely useless. And don’t think you’re getting a vacuum that will map your house like in the picture above. Nope. Complete BS. Doesn’t happen.
Overall however, I’m really happy with this little guy. Got him at an amazing price on Amazon Prime day, less than $100 so can’t beat it.
Try this vacuum and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

My wife and I recently purchased the Lefant M210, or “Emm’ie” as our family has nicknamed it, and we simply couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
This little guy has exceeded our expectations by FAR, and here is why:
***Operation***
•The cleaning speed is much faster than anticipated.
•It is fairly quiet while it operates.
•It is very thorough with it’s cleaning.
•It is gentle and ‘polite’ while it moves around, simply touching physical objects it comes into contact with, instead of just aggressively plowing into it (walls, feet, dogs, etc) not leaving things damaged in the process.
•It is able to navigate around obstacles quickly and easily, and it is smart in its’ ability to move around these things when it encounters them.
***Lefant Life App***
My personal favorite part is the ability to control the M210 with the Lefant Life app, being able to begin the cleaning process with the tap of an icon from anywhere I may be in the house, city, state, etc, and to send it back to it’s home charging-base with another tap, or by simply waiting for it to complete its’ task, it will return to the charger on its own!
The app-pairing setup process was also quick and painless.
***Storage***
The capacity of “floor stuffs” it can hold is pretty impressive, as I have 3 messy kids and 2 dogs, 1 of which is a twin-coated siberian husky. Needless to say, there’s plenty for Emm’ie to pick up at the end of the day, and the little guy makes short work of it when the time comes. Another neat little feature is what I call the “help me help you, auto-off” setting, which occured once when Emm’ie was caught up in a piece of tasseled fabric we used to test its’ abilities. It attempted to clean the area, but turned off almost immediately when it was unable to proceed, then sent my app a notification saying “Please help me, I’m stuck”. A little bit sad to read, yet so adorable of a phrase, and also admirable because it shut itself off instead of destroying the fabric, or burning out its’ motors by continuing to try and try to pick it up. Saving the item from being damaged, and preventing Emm’ie from being damaged (Again, very impressive).
***But wait, there’s MORE!***
There are also conditional control features located in the app which allow it to run completely automatically, such as day/time/weather/charge status, so there are seemingly limitless options to choose from if you want a seemless and totally automated cleaning experience, aside from emptying out it’s tank of refuse whenever it becomes full (usually 2-3 days).
***Wrapping Up***
Overall, the Lefant M210 has made end of the day cleaning a task of its own, and my family has made a new friend of our little Emm’ie.
Thank you Lefant, I look forward to whatever comes next.
Highly recommended, 10/5*’s.

Me and my wife are both working so we have no time for cleaning in weekdays and in weekends we are exhausted. I was in search of a robot vacuum in a budget, found this one. It comes with a remote, an app to track cleaning, different cleaning directions and charging deck. Oh my God to my surprise it works amazing I mean I didn’t expect that. I was able to see the map on my phone app and as well as battery percentage. This robot is very intelligent, it does not get stuck underneath sofas and dining table, it always know its way out and also goes itself to charging deck when done cleaning. I have assigned time for day and night cleaning and I couldn’t be more relieved. I will recommend it as it is life saver.

Although it had great marks for everything, was disappointed with suction power fading after a month (with fresh filter/cleaned/etc) really only good for hard surfaces… won’t even pick up small cat food on thin pile carpet or rug. The battery life is okay but nothing to brag about. Another big disappointment… doesn’t link to alexa, even in the skills options (smart home, etc). It’s rather loud too and the find me alarm is very low so hard to find it at times. Wouldn’t recommend at this price especially.
Richard Lee Sivak –
This guy is reliable. Any time I’m cleaning up around the house, I bring Ash with me and put it on the wall follow mode, then move to it’s mapping mode. It cleans while I tidy. My house has never felt cleaner.
Can’t handle some bigger items, but anything it misses, you’ll be able to see. Make sure you pick up the floor of big toys or loose, thick rugs, it has a little trouble with those. I shake out my rug if I’m cleaning in a room with one and he gets all the dirt though.
The brushes sometimes get tangled with strings or tons of hair, just pop them off and rip it off the bottom and he’s back to bacon

I’ve named mine Perry and will be using that name for this review. I am a new mom and needed something to keep the place decently clean between being able to vacuum. Enter Perry. I love him. Perry knows his job and gets it done. I have a mix of carpet and hardwood, and tile, Perry is definitely best on hard floors. On carpet he gets a decent bit of my german shepherds hair making the floors look less fuzzy and bothersome to the eyes but definitely doesn’t pick up every thing but enough. On hard floors though? *chefs kiss* Perry is employee of the month every month. I was able to set him up with Alexa and program it so I can tell Alexa to tell Perry to get to work and I love that! He came with extra bristles and filter also! The best part? You can control Perry from the app meaning you can turn your vacuum into a game! I make him do circles around the baby and he absolutely loves it. Mom gets clean floors, entertainment and an entertained baby (the dog enjoys following Perry around as well) all from the comfort of my chair!

I have a Roomba but I saw this one on a daily deal so I grabbed it for the price…1/3 of what I paid for my other one.
I use this one for my daily vacuum, and save the Roomba for a weekly run. I have ran them back to back, this one first and then the Roomba and the Roomba still picked up debris.
My comparison overall. 1) Great unit for daily cleaning. 2) Gets in smaller, more confined spaces than the Roomba, 3) Quieter, 4) Suction is probably about 80-85%% of the Roomba but does have two swirling brushes compare to R’s 1, 5) Run times are about the same, 6) Because it’s lower height, it doesn’t get stuck under my cabinets like the R, 7) Runs slower than the Roomba and is more sensitive to furniture – doesn’t bang against it, seems to notice it better beforehand.

I’ve named her Hazel, look back at old TV to figure that out. I had an older Lefant, it died in one year. No batteries were available to resurrect it. I took a chance again and, I must say, this one is quite an improvement. She does what she does, then goes home. I’m impressed.
Carol Franco –
Great value on this product. I have had a robot vacuum before and I am much happier with thus one. These are the reasons why:
1. Much cheaper than other brands, yet still does the same function at a fraction of the cost!
2. Fast response from seller
3. Smaller docking station and lower vacuum, thus gets under furniture without getting stuck
4. Large container, so no need to empty while working
5. Easy to use remote and instructions
6. It finds its base! No need to chase it to get it back to base
7. Best of all… quieter than many!
I posted a picture of my most shy cat next to it while it was vacuuming… she didn’t care
I also posted a video so you see how quickly it docks itself back
I definitely recommend if you have hardwood floors, vinyl or heavy traffic carpet. Not as good with plush rugs or shaggy carpet, for which I just use a manual vacuum
Carrie D –
First let me say that my wifi is 5g only, (I think), so I can’t use the app for this machine. And I couldn’t care less. Set it down on the floor, turn it on, and go on with your life. It’s thorough, intuitive, and downright ingenious in some spots. I have vinyl floors with lots of low area rugs, and little dude will try forwards, backwards, at an angle – I swear I’ve seen it back up for momentum to get up on a rug from the bare floor. It’s under every piece of furniture, along every wall, and into every corner. My pet friendly home is noticeably cleaner, the amount of hair this thing picks up is phenomenal. Fully recommend.
