Purchased Tikom G7000 a month ago when it was on sale. I was looking for a robot vacuum cleaner within $200 range, with strong suction, good battery life and easy to use app. Tikom G7000 doesn’t disappoint so far. Its 2700PA strong suction level is stronger than most other products in similar price range. At normal suction level, it lasts about one hour before returning to charging station. The slim design allows it easily to go under bed frame. It makes gentle contact and turn when approaching hard objects, operates pretty quiet when surface is smooth. It is easy to open top cover, pull out trash bin and clean. The free app is called “Tuya Smart” to manage smart-home devices and supports Alexa. I easily paired it with Tikom G7000 following instruction sheet. The attached video shows Tikom G7000 operating in Smart Clean mode.

My favorite thing about this vacuum is that is cleans under beds, couches, etc. Suction is good and there’s a carpet feature that does the job well (my carpet isn’t that thick). However, it’s not that smart. It regularly gets stuck because it doesn’t map the room in a way that makes sense. The battery also drains fairly quickly especially if you increase suction (30-40 mins). It’s also loud but since it’s operated via app, I’ll start it and then go run errands. All in all, a solid choice at this price point and I don’t regret the purchase.

I have been looking for a robotic vacuum for over a year. During this time I read a lot of customer reviews and compared prices looking for one that would do the job and not break the bank. Tikom G7000 caught my attention a couple of months ago. I was impressed with the high customer rating, suction power, and the ability to add on a mopping attachment in the future. It also included Boundry Strips. Another feature that drew me to this vacuum was that it said it was good for use in homes with pet hair. I don’t have a pet, but I do have shoulder length hair and due to a medical condition, I shed a lot of hair.
I received my vacuum a week ago and got to work immediately unboxing and setting it up. Besides the vacuum, charging station, and power cord, there was a remote controller with batteries, and extra set of side brushes, a spare HEPA filter, boundary strips, double sided adhesive tape, a cleaning brush, 5 cable ties, a quick start guide and user manual. The user manual was easy to understand. In no time my vacuum was assembled (you have to attach a set of side brushes to the underside of the vacuum), the charging station was plugged in and the my vaccum was charging. You need to charge the vacuum for 6 hours for a full charge. My next step was to walk around my apartment and identify where I needed to apply boundry strips, and tie up electrical cords, using the cable ties provided, and get them out of the way. Then I downloaded the TuyaSmart app using my mobile phone and scanning the QR code located on the vacuum. The code is also in the user manual. If you don’t want to use the QR code to download and install the app, you can simply download from App Store/Google Play.
Following the easy to understand instructions to connect my vacuum to my wifi. When I say, “easy to understand instructions” I mean just that. I am 64 and didn’t require any assistance from my grandchildren. Once set-up was complete I explored the app control page which offered the ability to start and stop the vacuum manually, set up a cleaning schedule, select 4 different cleaning modes, and access the functional setting page where you can select one of 3 different suction powers, switch on or off the carpet booster, set the language, Robot speaker volume, view previous cleaning records, find your vacuum robot, should the little guy get lost, and other settings.
You can also control your vacuum robot using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
I scheduled my vacuum to automatically run every Sunday, Wednesdy, and Friday at 8pm. I also set the suction power to the highest setting, and turned on Carpet Boost. At these settings, along with a full charge, my vacuum ran for 70mins before returning to the charge station to recharge. I live in a 600 sq ft apartment. 70 minutes was plenty enough time for the robot to make at least two passes. While the vacuum was running I was watching tv. I was pleasantly surprised that the noise from the vacuum did not drown out my TV. Also, had I been sleeping at the time, I don’t believe the vacuum would have woken me up.
This vacuum has a good size dust bin which was easy to remove and empty. The cleaning brush, with a hair cutter, is attached to the vacuum and easy to detach and use to sweep out the dust bin if needed, brush off the roller brush, and cut and remove any hair that was wound around the roller brush. As stated earlier, I was expecting a lot of hair and I was not disappointed. It took just a few minutes to remove the roller brush, clean it, and put the roller brush back on. I am very pleased with the size of the vacuum and it’s ability to get under furniture and maneuver around and between furniture.
Over all I am very happy with my purchase. I do realize, as with any robot vacuum, every few months I am going to have to take out my big, heavy, manual vacuum and give my house a once over, but in between my robot vacuum is keeping up.

I purchased and got this Tikom G7000 one month ago.
I uses it 3 times a week during last month for cleaning my first floor tiles including kitchen, living room, dinning room, study room, and one bathroom.
So far, I’m pretty satisfied with this little robot cleaner, it perfectly does the job.
Compared to my the other robot cleaner Roborock (white one in picture, which I purchased 2 years ago, and now works on my second floor for carpet cleaning), this Takoma G7000 (black) got several advantages:
Pros:
-Affordable prices with all desired functions;
-When working, it’s pretty quiet than my Roborock;
-Smaller in size and lower in height than Roborock. Slim profile make it can go under cabinets that roborock can’t fit in.
-Good suction power for perfectly does the job, and battery power is good enough to finish the job without interval charging;
-With 2 working side brushes work at the same time, it seems more efficient compare to Roborock, which only have one;
-App connection pretty straight forward, nothing complicated;
-I like the recently app updates, makes it more convenience to use.
-Easy controlled, and this Takoma G7000 works in a pretty smart way, never got stucked so far.
-It does its cleaning job! No more hairs in the bathroom!
Cons:
-No cached map;
-Virtual boarder function need be added to app’s map control.
Overall a decent product for this price. I’m pretty happy to have it. I am expecting future app updates unlock more functions.

It does do a zig zag cleaning of the floors. It will climb over short obstacles. However a dark color mat will stop the unit from climbing on to clean it.
Another small problem is “toe” room under your cabinets; the unit tends to bend forward trying to get under things and on those toe spaces it gets hung up– if left by itself it will run the battery down trying to free itself.
It is great under the beds, cleaning all those places that get left too long. Also works its way into every nook and cranny trying to clean. shoe laces and strings will bring it to a stop, calling for help!
Enjoy especially if you’re finding it hard to push a vac any longer.

My experience of a month with this robot has been great but it does require improvement in its mapping technology.
It doesn’t memorize your home. It has to map everything each time you turn it on. Meaning, it takes a good 30 minutes to move around hitting everything in order to map the current section.
The mapping is not great. It goes over the same area 104850 times (places where it already hit its nose in the same run) and I find myself controlling it manually in every section to send it to a location that I want, a big corridor that’s always there but it never approaches it for some reason.
Suction is great, it does take a lot of dust and help maintain the house cleaner from my cat’s fur.
I would recommend it but I also think the developers should improve the mapping system.

This vacuum was a pleasant surprise! comparatively lower on cost, but 100% worth it. This is one of my favorite purchases of all time. I was not expecting to be so pleased with the robot vacuum as I was thinking that would cause me too much hassle to figure out how to use it. However, this device is easy to set up and use. And I was able to figure out how to setup the vacuum and wifi quickly.
The suction power is strong, and the dust box is easy to empty and clean. After the first effort on the whole hardwood floor, it really packed in the dirt, hair, and stuff that is indescribable. It did a great cleaning! it also did a good job of scattering the litter from the edges. With APP connected, you can select different clean modes.
The vacuum helps me saving time that it runs through our main floor without many noises. In addition, I was surprised at how well it works at climbing things which is very useful for our home since we have a high divider between the muddy room and another room.
The vacuum is also smart to go back to find its charging station after the battery is low. And there are additional accessories included in the package. Boundary strips can set blocked-off areas, but you don’t need to use it at the stairs edge as there in build-in sensor in the device so it won’t fall down from the stairs.

I have been so skeptical of robo vacs since they came out. I am so very glad I finally gave in when this robo was on sale, and stacked with a $70 off coupon and just went for it. I have the app, that allows me to remotely tell the vacuum to clean. My home, is not designed for things like this, with several stair cases, and even 2 steps down into our sitting area. This thing does an amazing job at pivoting, so it never gets stuck on or under anything, and is very sensitive to any type of ledge and hasn’t fallen yet!!! I’ve had it a month and run it 3x a week, if not more. It makes my life so much easier, with a family of 8, an inside dog, working full time, my floors are spotless with little to no effort by me. (Aside from emptying the bin after used.) If it goes back on sale, I’m getting 2 more, for the upstairs, and basement!!!

For the price, this robot vacuum is worth every penny. Und boxing is a snap, setting up a schedule is a piece of cake and it is easy to clean. This was my first robot vacuum… I was very hesitant to spend $500+ on a technology I was unfamiliar with. This product was such a pleasant surprise that I can’t imagine spending more at this point! The precise back-and-forth movements and precision at which it maps my rooms is amazing. The suction is fantastic for all pet hair around the house. I run mine on hard surface flooring. He will regularly run for just over an hour and cover approximately (average) 72m².

I wanted to find a robotic vacuum cleaner for my home, there are so many brands and models out there, and I’ve found this great one –
Easy to use – you have all you need in the box, the app is the remote
Smart operation – the cleaner will return to the charging dock on its own if you select home
Cleaning – the vacuums can handle hardwood floors and pet hair without issue.
intelligent navigation – programmatic gyroscope navigation with a zigzag pattern, swipes every corner of my room.
This product has great value!! I really love it.

This is my third robot vacuum and it is by far the best of them so far. I’ve used it 8 times now. It picks up as much dust and pet hair as you can expect from a decent robot vacuum. I love how there is an app and the robot maps out the layout of the house. It’s definitely much smarter than the first vacuum I bought, which was a Eufy. The Eufy would wander aimlessly around the house, bumping into everything, and never found it’s way to the charging base. It was a hassle trying to find it everyday. The Tikom is “smart”. The sensors actually work and it will stop before it runs into a wall. It brushes up against corners. It doesn’t bang into objects like the Eufy. The second vacuum was an Onsom. It worked really well until exactly a year after I bought it. It stopped holding a charge…I think the Tikom is great. I just hope it lasts longer than 1-2 years. It’s also cool that it’s Echo compatible. Just have to say “Alexa, robot vacuum on”. And last but not least, you can’t beat the price. I used a coupon for $70 off so I only paid $130. I paid over $200 for the other vacuums. This thing definitely does not seem like a cheap robot vacuum. I’ve never heard of the brand, but I can say with certainty that the Tikom is better than the Eufy. Don’t be a sucker and just buy the “top rated” vacuums. That’s what I did with the first 2, and they did not live up to the hype.

This is my first experience using a robotic vacuum cleaner and my only regret is that I should have purchased one sooner. The Tikom is intuitive to operate and does an amazing job removing dirt, dust, hair, crumbs and any other debris present on your floors.
I have used it in the kitchen (hardwood floor), bathroom (tile floor), bedroom (carpet) and great room (carpet) and it cleaned astonishingly well on each surface. One result that was a pleasant surprise was the presence of lines on our carpet. If you use the Tikom on an open carpeted floor, in my case our great room which is roughly 20 feet by 18 feet, the wheels will leave parallel lines on the carpet from making the passes in each direction. The result is a beautiful carpet! The cleaning power is proven by the amount of debris in the dust bin – it is hard to believe how much dust and debris this vacuum can pull from a single room.
I will probably purchase one or two as Christmas presents as long as the price point remains below $200. I highly recommend this vacuum!

I had some doubt about this machine compared to the price I paid for Rumba a few years ago, but it turned out to be a very worthwhile try. The design is elegant and modern. With its dual brush heads and carpet boost, it picks up dusts, pet hair, and crumbles effectively. It is quiet – nobody complains about the robot making disturbing noise anymore. It is smart – I watched its action a few times, the machine maps out the entire floor with furniture, thick carpet on hardwood floor, and floor transitions, and has no trouble figuring out the path to clean. We especially like the hidden trash bin because I accidently held my old Rumba on the trash bin side and dropped (and killed) it. The phone app is handy and straightforward to use – monitor the battery level, check out the map, start/stop the robot, and send the robot to charging station. You are in full control even NOT at home. The docking is so so so smooth!!! My old Rumba made it a huge challenge and so frustrating as we need “magic” hands to land a good contact with the charging station. With this machine, it works like a charm.
It is a life rescue as we have two cats at home – lots of hair on the floor. Before having this machine, I had to vacuum the entire house almost every day, but still saw lots of hairs everywhere. Now I can rest assured as I can set the cleaning time and control it remotely and I know for sure it will keep my house clean all the time. That is a huge relief to a person like me who is allergic to animal hairs!!!

I had been using this robot vacuum for about 2 weeks and I am so pleasantly surprised. I really like this one because it really helps me clean every corner of my house. I had never use other robot vacuum before so can’t compare but this one gets the job done. Two features i like most are 1. it goes straight line not randomly, and you can check the map on the app to see which areas had been cleaned or not. 2. for those hard to reach places like under the sofa and bed etc. this is the most convenient and thorough way to get them cleaned. Every time the dust bin is full. One last tip here is do remember to use the included wire tie to tie phone charge on the floor.

This is a great value! This is my 3rd robot vacuum, my first Tikom and it’s my favorite because it’s easy to use & has the best suction power! It does the job getting up pet hair! The one downfall is that I don’t want to have to use physical boundary strips, I wish I could create a boundary on the map in the app. Overall, I’m more than pleased with what I got for the money paid!

This is my first robot Vacuum Cleaner, my expectation is to clean my regular vacuum cleaner hard to reach areas, this robot vacuum cleaner did a great job, my under bed and sofa are all cleaned up very well, the suction is good, battery life so far is good too, because manufacturer recommended charging all the time I don’t know over the time how long will be last. The app needs more work on, it’s slow and close up the app when phone screen went dark, if they have dedicated remote that will be perfect. I recommended when recharging it, you should let robot close to the charging base, otherwise it will wandering around a long time to find the base, maybe end up it dead on the road.
Journee C. –
The sleek and minimal design of this vacuum cleaner caught my eyes at first, and it works perfectly as described, which makes the cleaning job much easier. The side brushes are designed long enough, so it can reach further to every corner and clean thoroughly. The App connection is easy to set up and very handy to use. There are a few cleaning modes to choose, but I think the “smart clean ” is good enough to accomplish the job. It moves smoothly between hardwood floor and area carpet, the automatic boosted suction power on carpet really impresses me. The robot cleaner is always found recharging itself back at the dock after cleaning. Now I don’t have to stoop down to vacuum the area under the bed and sofa and the room can be maintained clean effortlessly, thanks to this smart cleaner.
I’m very satisfied with the purchase!

Because of the back to office working schedule started, I do not have time to mop my hardwood floor and it is great idea to have a Robot to clean the floor when I am in the office. So, I have been researching various brands of Robot Vacuums for several days. Finally, I found the Tikom G7000 Robot Vacuum Cleaner. It is reasonable price and it’s description “Gyroscope Smart Navigation, WiFi, Self-Charging, Boundary Strips Included, Quiet, Thin, Works with Alexa, Ideal for Pet Hair, Carpets, Hard Floors met my major criteria. I have had this robot vacuum two weeks, and my family love it. It is quiet and get the job done. It easily moves from tile, wood to carpet floors. The APP is also great, and you can view the status of the vacuum when you want. It is quite convenient. Each time I cleanout its dustbin, I’m surprised by how much hair and dirt it collects. When the vacuum was back to charging dock to recharging for the first time, it will need a little help, and later on, it works its way out. Overall, it is good robot vacuum and it gets the work done.

I have been using this product for about 2 months. Prior purchasing, I did lots of research. I picked up Tikom G7000 for several reasons: price value point, pet hair cleaning power, and function on both soft and hard floor surface.
Price: The price is very reasonable considering its capabilities. The similar products are easily doubled price. You get great value for your money.
Cleaning power; especially for the pet hair: I have a black dog who sheds hair so easily. Clean the dog hair became a huge burden for me each week. I was also so worried that my family may breathe-in lots of hair into lungs without noticing. This robot vacuum did a great job to suck in the tiny hairs. I can just let it run every day to be hair worry free in home. It picks up so much dog hair that makes me feel really appreciate of the product. You can see from the picture that I attached here.
Function on both carpet and hard floor: Tikom G7000 works on both soft and hard surface without needing to swap any parts. This is very convent. It cleans the carpet well and sucks out lots of dust particles. It works well too on the hardwood and tile floor without scratching the surface.
The only suggestion that I have for improvement is to make the battery power last longer. This way it can work all day without recharging or human intervention.
All in all, I strongly recommend this product. It is a wonderful Robot vacuum to purchase with great value for your money and doing an efficient good cleaning job for your home.

Tested out the first dew days and the product has been good. We’ve been using it almost daily and are amazed by the product. It’s been about 1 week. The suction is good. It goes back to the charging station when the robot says “cleaning completed.” You need to put loss thing away so the robot will not suck them in. Sensor is pretty good. However, I am still working on setting up the remote (wifi) control; I am stuck on 2.4GHz Wifi set up on my router. One more down size is that hair can trapped to the brushes- I think it may happen to all robot or broom.

This is the 2nd robot vacuum cleaner I have owned. After using it daily for 3 weeks, I am quite pleased with the overall performance of the vacuum. The setup is super easy and the app makes it easy to control and schedule cleaning. There are times when the vacuum gets stuck under a sofa and did not return to the charging station but other than that, it has performed to my satisfaction. Great price for a good product!

I’ve been looking for a robot cleaner for the longest. I finally decided to go with the Tikom since I seen it was on sale. I love having this as apart of my cleaning routine. I dread the time it takes to sweep my floors on my own. I have two small children and they don’t make it easy. The tikom works very well in corners and picking up anything you may have missed if you used a broom. The suction is well on carpets and there is 3 modes you can alternate between along with cleaning styles that you desire. My favorite is smart cleaning it appears to have learned my apartment and cleans well in each room. The tikom can use some improvements as far as the app. The map is outdated so it isn’t a visual of where the tikom is going. There’s an option to mute the volume but it doesn’t appear to change and it took a while before it picked up how many rooms I have in my apartment it kept going in the same spaces. Overall once we learned each other we became a great team lol and I’d highly recommend if you haven’t purchased already.
